ABOUT THIS SPACE

Welcome to our spacious and comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bath Florida home, perfect for families, groups, and beach getaways. The home features an open-concept living area, a fully stocked kitchen, an air-conditioned Florida room, a private pool, outdoor dining space, garage access, and plenty of room to relax.

The home comfortably accommodates 8 guests and we can accommodate  up to 10 with sleeping arrangements include two full-size blow-up mattresses, the sectional couch, and a queen-size pull-out sleeper sofa in the Florida room. Extra linens, blankets, and pillows are provided.

BEDROOM LAYOUT

#1 Primary Bedroom
The primary bedroom features a king-size bed with a comfortable plush-top mattress, a wall-mounted smart TV and a standard closet with plenty of hangers and storage space. The private en suite bathroom includes a single vanity and standing shower.

#2 Bedroom
This bedroom features a queen-size bed with a comfortable plush-top mattress, a smart TV, a dedicated workspace with a chair and a standard closet with hangers and plenty of storage space.

#3 Bedroom
This bedroom also features a queen-size bed with a comfortable plush-top mattress, a smart TV, and a standard closet with hangers and plenty of storage space.

BATHROOMS

#1 Primary Bathroom
The en suite primary bathroom includes a single vanity and standing shower. Toiletries and towels are provided for your stay, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, toilet paper, bath towels, and hand towels.

#2 Main Bathroom
The main bathroom includes a single-sink vanity and a tub/shower combination. Toiletries and towels are also provided, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, toilet paper, bath towels, and hand towels.

LIVING AREAS

The living area has an open-concept layout that makes the home feel spacious and comfortable. There is a large sectional in the main living room, along with a 75” wall-mounted smart TV.

Guests can also enjoy a variety of games and books.

The Florida room is part of the home and is fully air-conditioned. It includes a queen-size pull-out sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space.

KITCHEN / DINING AREA

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need during your stay. A coffee station is provided with coffee, flavored syrups, sugar, and other coffee essentials.

The dining area accommodates 8 guests, with four dining chairs and four barstools for countertop seating.

For added safety, a fire extinguisher and first aid kit are available in the kitchen.

LANAI / POOL AREA

The outdoor area includes a dining table with 6 chairs and 6 lounge chairs.
The private pool is 8 feet deep at the deep end. Please note that the pool is not heated.

GARAGE / PARKING

The garage includes beach essentials for your stay, including 4 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, a beach wagon, and beach blankets, making it easy to pack up and head to the beach.

The garage can also be used to park a vehicle or trailer, and a garage remote is provided for your convenience. The driveway can accommodate a maximum of 2 vehicles.

Commercial vehicles, trailers, campers, and boats may also be parked in the garage or driveway.

PET POLICY

The property is pet-friendly and allows a maximum of 2 dogs.

There is a $100 pet fee per pet, per stay, and prior approval is required.

The property is fully fenced, and dog bowls are provided for your convenience.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have access to the entire home as well as the garage.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Pool service is every Monday morning, and weekly lawn maintenance takes place on the weekend.

Garbage pickup is every Tuesday morning. If you are staying overnight on Monday, we kindly ask that you place the trash and recycling bins at the curb.
