Including a detached garage, 2 car carport, large storage shed, level driveway, basketball court & spacious flat back yard with great privacy. It's perfect for someone relocating to Oak Ridge who is in-between buying and selling home and doesn't want to rent a small apartment with no privacy. Or for someone who is working in Oak Ridge temporarily. This is a quiet neighborhood on a quaint street minutes from stores, restaurants, and schools.

This sanitary, clean home comes fully furnished with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Home offers refinished hardwood floors and new LVP flooring in other areas.
