The outdoor pool was winterized so Ignore that rating. I usually give The Hilton 5 stars and I return every year, but I may not stay there again. The issues I had this visit are as follows: I was charged $10 per night for parking. Street parking a few steps further is free. Had I known, I would have parked in the street. I was never charged for parking before. Two jets on the spa tub were broken. There were no napkins or paper towels in the room. Not even in the coffee caddy. And when I ordered room service, they didn't bring napkins or flatware. This room had a kitchen so I used the flatware from the room, washed and replaced everything myself. All the rooms I rented from The Hilton before had nice robes in the closet to use after the spa tub. This time there were no robes, but that could have been overlooked by the cleaning staff.
