meets the ocean breeze. This stunning 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation
rental offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and coastal charm,
accommodating up to 8 guests and their furry friends for an unforgettable
stay.

Step inside to a spacious open-concept living area with panoramic ocean
views, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The fully equipped
kitchen features modern appliances — including a refrigerator, oven,
microwave, and dishwasher — plus all the cookware and utensils you need
to prepare your favorite meals with ease.

Each bedroom provides a serene retreat with plush bedding. The master
suite boasts a king-size bed, the second bedroom features a king bed, and
the third offers a cozy queen bed. The 4th bedroom has full over full bunk
beds — ensuring comfort for everyone in your group.

Unwind on the private oceanfront wrap around deck, complete with a BBQ
grill and fire pit, ideal for outdoor dining and evening gatherings by the sea.
The home also includes beach towels, linens, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a
washer/dryer for your convenience. A shared garage adds extra ease for
parking.

AC: This home is equipped with a modern mini split air conditioning
system, offering individualized climate control for each room. It’s quieter
and more energy-efficient than traditional units, allowing for precise
temperature regulation without sacrificing comfort.

The location and condition of the property is excellent. However, the elevator was not working from time to time during our stay, which made it very difficult for the handicapped in our group to get up and down the stairs. One of the beds is a bunk bed, which is accessible only by climbing up the outer frame of the bed to the top bunk, making it virtually inaccessible to the people in our age group. Also, we were assured our location was all on one level, but in fact, there were two steps up to one of the rooms into more steps up to another room. But two of the rooms had no steps for their access accessibility. The management company was also on moving in there early check-in policy. I have never had a VRBO property that didn’t allow check in a couple hours early without charge if the property was ready. Consequently, we had to sit in our car in the garage until the appointed hour. The management company was very prompt and response to all our inquiries, however, and we can only give them five stars for their communication.

Great beach house with views

This home was perfect for our family. The sliders opened all the way and the views were amazing, not just the ocean and sunset but also the people watching in the strand! So much to look at. The house sits about 8-10 feet above the ground so you feel above all the activity on the strand. The kitchen had great pots and pans and utensils for cooking along with a great huge dinner table. We also bbq’d and sat by the gas fire place on the patio. So clean! Easy from start to finish.

Beautiful house and location

We have stayed at this beautiful location for three years in a row. It fits five of us with ease, and can fit more. It also allows us to bring our dog, and the views area absolutely breathtaking! We love how the entire sliding glass door opens up completely so we can see the view and hear the ocean from the kitchen, or anywhere in the main living area. It is located close to the pier and to the many restaurants in the area. We will definitely stay in this house again in the future. It is BEAUTIFUL!!!

Exceptional property right on the beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week! The property was right on the Strand on the Oceanside beach. With the folding doors open, it was as if we were sitting on the beach! Clean and well appointed, this property was everything we expected and more!

This is our second year in a row renting this exact unit and we absolutely love it! Our last few days were unfortunately much less peaceful due to the inconsiderate family that checked into the other three units, But the place is amazing :)

Great location but not clean or maintained.

The location is phenomenal. The place may have been wiped down, but was still very dirty found underwear under one of the beds, a whole tray of fake eyelashes in one of the cabinets. Two out of the three toilets were not cleaned properly, found long hair on my bed pillow and in the center shower. Carpet was heavily stained – rolled it up and left it in the corner. Outside furniture. Cushions were torn and stained —many other small items. Overall the place was just not cleaned properly. Also, many items need to be repaired or serviced as they have not been maintained they had a coffee maker, but not even one pot of coffee available, we left a couple for the next guest. My wife and mother-in-law spent a couple of hours scrubbing everything down. The property management company offered to send somebody back, but the big concern was whoever they would send would not clean it properly. I did send them an email with photos and I did get a call back with the person saying they were sorry but not even an explanation or follow up. We have vacation rentals, and this place has the potential for being great and a five star if it was fixed up and cleaned properly. Hope the owners see this so they can have at least a handyman go in and do some maintenance. Thank you Ps. Seating for 2 in front of the tv area. I get that you don’t go to the beach to watch tv but when weather is bad need that as an option. They can change layout easily and add some seating.

BEAUTIFUL place!!!!❤️❤️❤️

There were five of us that stayed for seven days in this house. The size of the house was great! We had more than enough room and having three bathrooms was amazing. The ocean views from the entire main living space are spectacular. We also enjoyed the short walk to the beach. Our stay was unbelievable and we look forward to staying here again. ❤️
