The pool is unheated and the hot tub was broken when we arrived. We checked in then quickly checked out. We booked this hotel through Expedia. Expedia contacted the hotel several times while we were there asking permission for them to provide a refund. They claimed that the Hotel manager was not available and he was the only one able to give authorization to waive the fee. He never picked up their call, nor did he return their call, and still has not given "authorization" to have our reservation refunded. We stayed across the street at the Best Western Plus Oceanside Palms, which was the same price, very clean, and had an amazing hot breakfast. Save yourself the time and trouble and book elsewhere.

Nice big room, good breakfast, excellent location

Wonderful large room with 3 beds and pull out bed to accommodate our large young family. Full hot breakfast each morning was excellent! Location close to the pier and beach was great!
