SI booked this room after searching other hotel room with a balcony. The description said it had a balcony, cone to find out no balcony’s in this hotel. As you might tell I was very disappointed. Hope this can be resolved.

They didn’t accept my ESA dog and charged me $160 extra. That was crazy and I don’t k ow if it was legal. There was nothing on their website that stated that. Also, they only have one place to eat at, and they were so shortstaffed that the lady was taking orders and cooking, and she was trying to do it so fast that she brought out the chicken for my kids, and it was raw in the middle and luckily I saw it or they would’ve gotten really sick. I won’t be going back there again.
