This beach cottage is absolutely incredible! It’s been completely revamped in April 2024, and it’s got everything you could need for a perfect family getaway. Just a quick 30-step walk to the sand, and you’ll be surrounded by stunning views of the ocean, beach, and marina. Picture this: relaxing on your own patio table, sipping a glass of wine as the sun sets, while your kids play in the lush grassy play area. And the cherry on top? You’ll have a private drive to take them biking, scootering, or skating. It’s the ultimate beachfront luxury!

The cozy living room is a true gem, complete with a crackling fireplace and plenty of comfortable seating. There’s even a full-size sofa sleeper for those extra guests.

Make My Vacation takes care of all the essentials - linens, towels, beach chairs, and beach towels. They’ve even got a Living Room TV for entertainment and free wireless Internet.

Steps from the sand! Enjoy gorgeous, lush grounds with waterfalls, streams, Koi ponds, Olympic-size pool, spa, BBQ's, putting green, exercise area, saunas, billiards, and ping pong. In the evening, the Village is magical with gorgeous colored lighting.

Located in northern San Diego County, five minutes off I-5, right next to the Oceanside Harbor (featuring many unique shops and excellent restaurants) and a short walk to Oceanside Pier. Swim, surf, walk the longest stretch of sandy beach in Southern California, kayak, jet ski, boat, paddle boats, fish, shop, all just steps from your condo.

North Coast Village is located between the Oceanside Harbor and the Oceanside Pier, and is a favorite destination for vacationers from around the world. The complex consists of nine four-story buildings surrounded by two-story cottages, on several acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. You are just steps from the sand; there are no roads to cross-this is an OCEANFRONT COMPLEX! Swim in the large heated heated pool (one of two pools and spas), or enjoy a romantic walk on one of the most beautiful stretches of beach in Southern California.

NCV - always a good get away

The location and OC is always a good get away for us. we’ve stayed in several different units but love the marina facing the best. Easy walking to shops, restaurants and the sand. I would encourage the prop mgr to remind renters of the ants in the area and the units. Out of towners aren’t traveling with food containers and this is a MUST. Prop Mgr was helpful and good on communication.
