The gourmet kitchen, with its luxury appliances and ample space for culinary creations has everything you’ll need to prepare a family dinner or your morning cup of coffee. This townhome is centrally located - you can walk, bike, or drive just about anywhere!
We highly recommend the O'side Circuit- a cute electric shuttle that services the downtown area. It will pick you up right in front of our property and take you anywhere in Downtown O'side. $3/rider with a cap of $6 for a ride with more than 2 people. Download the Circuit app free.
There is plenty of public transportation options such as the Metro Bus, Uber, Lyft, and more.

*NO PARTIES/ EVENTS/ GATHERINGS. MAX OCCUPANCY observed on property. Limit of 6 guests MAX. Please do not book this property if you are looking to party as you will be asked to leave with no refund.

*Bringing along furry friends? A pet fee of $150 per pet applies (maximum of 2 pets). If you selected the pet option during booking, but the fee collected was less than the total due, we’ll send an invoice for the remaining balance before your stay. Please let me know in advance if you’re bringing any pets. Must curb your pet, any pet damages will be charged to renter.

We had the pleasure of staying at this VRBO Unit C in Oceanside, and it was a fantastic experience. The management team was amazing—very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. When we arrived, we were welcomed with a thoughtful bottle of wine and snacks, which was a lovely touch.The unit was spotless, beautifully maintained, and offered a stunning view. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the Jacuzzi. There were so many thoughtful details throughout the space, like makeup cloths, kitchen with all the amenities you need to make a nice meal, and charging cords (throughout the house), that really made our stay feel comfortable and well cared for.We will definitely be back and happily give this place a five-star rating.

This property is in an ideal location and the host is super responsive. The kitchen is very well stocked and there are tons of extra towels, blankets, etc. Even laundry detergent pods.View of the ocean from the living room and hot tub. Property is up a flight of stairs and hot tub and deck up another flight after that. Noted caveats: the hot tub is on a timer to turn off between 10pm-7am. This is for the local noise ordinance. Sadly this meant a quiet early morning dip was not feasible for early risers like my husband and I. I wish the timer was just for the jets and not the heat, as I understand the sentiment but it was a bummer.Definitely some sort of animal smell that pervaded the house when the windows were shut. The property manager brought sole deodorizing spray for us which helped, but if you are sensitive to such things its worth mentioning. The bathroom has a motion activated fan that turns on the moment you walk in. Ironically it shuts off after a time even if you are still showering, but this means it turns on any time anyone uses the bathroom at all hours. Still a very lovely property and only minutes walk from the beach, numerous businesses etc. We enjoyed our stay overall!

Comfy place

The inside of this place is fabulous. Most comfy beds ever. Can tell it’s been recently upgraded. Chargers in every room, upgraded soaps, tiny details that are great. Really well stocked kitchen. Hot tub was also great. You have to walk 3/4mi to get sand beach access, and it was very crowded. The street is also really busy with traffic. If windows were closed you can’t hear it. But when windows are open the traffic overpowers the ocean waves sound. Cleaners and company owners very responsive and helpful!
