The place was super clean. The only cons were the sheets (too scratchy) and the fan did not work. With no air conditioner, you have to have a fan! Otherwise cute place, nice views

Property was amazing. The shore was within a quick walking distance with lots of places to wash off afterward. Unfortunately NONE of the units have air conditioning and it’s about 80 inside during August. They will provide 2 fans buts during the day it’s hot. Unit B was beautiful inside but unfortunately the train ran and the traffic from the street was also quite noisy. We’d stay again but would be picky with which building we stay in and hope for more of an ocean breeze to keep it cool.

We had serious electrical problems within our unit that were not addressed after notifying the staff. We were told no one was available to fix the problem. Night one we did not appear to have issues. The second day I went to start the dishwasher while the kitchen lights were on and the dishwasher stopped and lights flickered significantly and shut off. This was in the morning after breakfast. I notified staff of the issue. We realized if the lights were off we could start the dishwasher. By night time we could not have the lights on and use more than 1 burner. This had not been the issue the previous day. I again alerted staff. We had to cook using flashlights from our phones. Due to the increasing electrical failures we decided that we would no longer cook because there seemed to be an increase in failures. We never heard back from the staff beyond the first reply that stated there was no one to fix the electrical and if we needed to purchase plates ect they would reimburse us for that. They did not contact us the next day. I let them know I didn’t have any cooktop cleaner and there was no response. They left us with what I would think was a dangerous electrical issue. There was an increase in failures and they did not come to check on the problem.
