This condo is at The North Coast Village in Oceanside. The North Coast Village property has a beautiful tropical island feel with a pool, jacuzzi, game room, laundry room and library on site. You will be assigned a parking space and most condos offer beach accessories like chairs, towels, umbrellas and boogie boards if you plan to head out to the beach. And why wouldn’t you? :D You are steps away from the sand and you can hear the sounds of the ocean waves as you sleep or rest comfortably in your condo. This is my 2nd visit here and I have stayed in 2 different condos. This Condo has an exceptional view of the beach and pier. Which you are a short walk to the pier or the harbor. For all my foodie friends here, I recommend that you sample foods from the Oceanside Street Market that is every Thursday night and head over to the Oceanside Harbor for fish n chips. Enjoy your stay!!

Family Vacation

Great location and complex, plenty to do. Gym, pool,spa, foosball, billiards, feed the Koi fish and walk through the beautiful lush garden areas with running water falls. Steps from the beach! Host was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Will definitely be back asap.

Great location, nice property, but some disappointments

This condo was nice, and the location was fantastic, close to the beach, which allowed for many great walks. However, there were a few disappointments after checking in and staying there. Honestly, it surprises me that none of the other reviews mentioned these items that needed repair. The shower drain was partially clogged, causing water to pool under your feet after only a few minutes of running the water. You would need to stop and turn the shower off to allow the water to drain. The kitchen faucet did not turn off unless you forced it into a specific position. There were several burned-out light bulbs and one flickering light. Upon arrival, the coffee pot was not clean, still full of old coffee grounds. Upon arrival, we were informed that someone would be entering our room on Thursday to check the fire alarm, thus intruding on our privacy while we are here. We were not advised of this in advance of arriving. We reported these items to the Host, and he was very responsive and polite, indicating these items would be fixed when we checked out. Maybe they will, maybe they won't. If you are considering a stay here, maybe you should ask about these items in advance of booking your stay.

Great location, stunning view, beautiful grounds

This is a property that we would love to return to and I believe we will next year again.It's summertime here and only a three hour plane ride from where we live where it's still winter and snow. We would definitely rent this property again.We had some issues at check in when we discovered damaged cookware, cleanliness of the cookware, dishes and shower stall but we made sure we let the owners know right away and they came straight over with new frying pans for us to cook in which we appreciated because we did a lot of cooking. The oven stopped working properly a couple of days before we left and we couldn't reach the owners cause they were away. We just dealt with it, there's a slow cooker, barbecue pit which we really enjoyed and used adjacent to where the pool is and i'm sure it'll be working for the next peopleI can't say enough about the location here. I think it's the best view besides the ocean front penthouse. There is everything you need in this condo, and it's decorated so lovely. The beds were so super comfortable and the view from the bed upstairs i just loved waking up, watching the surfers and the birds and the Palm trees and the Sun and the waves.The pool was heated and the hot tub so beautiful, with all the rocks and the waterfall just beautiful surroundings and a fish pond. We so enjoyed all the tropical plants and the greenery, a nice library. I wish we would have booked longer. We will next time. Thanks so much to our hosts.

Excellent place and host

The location is absolutely amazing. From the views of the two balconies, to being one minute from the beach and ocean, it was perfect for our family. The property also has every amenity you could think of. There is plenty to do outside of the property, as well. There were more restaurants and small shops than we could find time for. If you’re looking for a place in Oceanside, I would absolutely recommend Thu’s place.

Perfect getaway

This place is amazing, 2 balconies overlooking the beach and sunsets. Bed was comfy, space was great for a couples getaway. The host was very accommodating, our flight was delayed 4 hours and the check in was the easiest. Will come back and highly recommend this spot. 10/10!

Wonderful vacation spot

There were many positives to Thu's condo. Location is great - easy walk to the marina, the pier, train stop, market. Amenities were great - large heated pool, hot tub, putting green, indoor parking space. Condo was well-stocked with appropriate cooking ware, keurig coffee machine, cutlery and knives (the best cookware we've ever had in a rental!). Furniture was in great shape and comfortable. View of the pier and sunsets were wonderful from both balconies. Will definitely stay again!
