I only stayed nearly 30minutes and had an emergency the desk person said they will refund but wanted the audit person to call me I did not recieve any phone call from him and I asked twice. Do they not communicate with eachother? Or is this never a thing ? If like that they should have told me up front

The good : The night employee was super sweet and nice. He explained all the details despite myself being a bit tired from travel and he just has an overall positive attitude and energy. The parking lot is small but we never had a hard time finding a space. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained. I was also pleased by the cable TV because it had ALL the channels which was nice to relax after a day at the beach. There’s also a laundry facility where you can wash your clothes for $3/load. The location is super close to the beach and other restaurants and activities. The bad : The day shift front desk wasn’t as friendly and wasn’t very accommodating. There’s also a $200 deposit which can take up to 5 days to return to you - which I think is an important detail to advertise. Our room was on the first floor, which was accessible but loud. And the window opens to the parking driveway which meant we felt uncomfortable opening the curtain ever because guests could look in. The bed is covered in plastic. Great for sanitary reasons but it was so annoying to sleep on. It was also a very firm mattress but it got the job done for the night. The laundry is a great convenience but the day shift hotel staff was unable to give me any quarters and they do not have a quarter machine. The vending machines were also broken. Overall, for the price I would stay here again, this is just info I would like before I choose a place as well.

Great location at a great price. Within walking distance to so many places including the pier on the ocean. Very quiet and i slept sound for 11 hours after a long day of traveling.
