Beimar, Miami

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Horrible experience. Most of the people who works in this hotel don't really understand that they provide a service. In exchange the hotel gets paid by people like me. Unfortunately they don't understand that the key to their success is to bring me back but they worked so hard to do the opposite. I WILL NEVER go back to this property.
