Our floor in our room was filthy. Had not been cleaned in quite awhile. The inside was run down and had a funky smell down all the hallways. The wall paper was peeling off the walls and garbage cans were always overflowing

I did not stay at the hotel I booked with hotels.com when I arrive to check in there is a sign saying pool closed per health department. If the pool was closed due to health concerns, I didn’t want to stay on the property. Who knows what else was a health concern.

Nothing really unique . If you are here for business this is not the place - wifi is slow , unsecure and business room is unusable . Place feels awfully muggy for a location in Utah where it’s awfully dry … and our room had the coffee pot left on so we had the burnt coffee smell . Doesn’t even look like the place has been thoroughly vacuumed

Our stay was really great! Our room had 2 double/queen beds and a pull-out bed. It was very good sized and everything was clean. Free breakfast was good too

clean rooms, comfy beds, hotel was pretty run down in some areas- hallway carpet, pool, stucco on the building - but in the rooms it was nice, and the staff was really friendly and efficient- great place for pets too!

Worst travel stay experience I have ever had. Should have expected something when in the middle of check-in, had to wait while the attendant started a conversation with a co-worker about what she was having for takeout, a prominent sign also notified everyone that the hot tub was non functional. I then learned that I would need to carry my bags up to my 3rd floor room because of another sign posted asking if anyone had seen the luggage trolley. Like the hot tub sign it looked like it had been up for awhile. To get to your rooms you need to enter one of two rear entrances because there is no parking in the front where the check-in desk is. So you walk past the outside of the pool area where the police tape masking off the hot tub is. The rear entrance I had to use is apparently where everyone goes to smoke, judging by the hundred or so cigarette butts, but then nothing was clean, and weeds were prevalent in the “landscaping “, I would be shocked if the window on my room’s faux balcony had been washed in the past year, and not surprised if it has never been cleaned, My tv only worked on some channels, Some didn’t work at all while others buffered to the point of making them unwatchable, The front desk had a maintenance worker in my room from 9 pm until 10 trying to fix it. I had requested another room but was refused. The hotel was not full. The tv cabinet was left away from the wall. the phone lists an incorrect room number. I could go on but out of space,

The hotel was very conveniently located next to I-15. The parking lot was large enough for everyone. But not everything was in working order. We had some interruption with the power in our room one night. The juice machine in the breakfast area was broken, so no juice. And the pool and hot tub were closed for repair. I feel it is unfair not to tell potential guests that there is no pool on the property. I specifically picked a place that advertised a pool and hot tub, and feel cheated.

Most things not working

Toilets were low to ground so if anyone has issues with standing up after sitting down then you will have a problem. Turned the air off and the fan continues to blow and doesn’t turn off. The pool and hot tub were not working and the Continental breakfast wasn’t the best, only decent food was the waffles and the juice machine was not working so no juice!!!! You’d think that they would give their customers a break in price!!!! But no!!!

Time for a refresh!

Our air conditioner didn't work the first night. They did get the compressor to run by the second night, but then the fan switch did not work. The laminate floors were separating and unsafe. The pool and hot tub were not working. The breakfast sausage was like tasteless rubber cement.

Disappointed that the swimming pool and the hot tub had both been closed by the health department prior to our arrival and this was not updated on the hotel's description. This is one of the reasons we booked this hotel. We were offered to walk across the street to use another hotel's pool but found it to be an inconvenience with our stay. Location was great. In and out burger in the parking lot. Major restaurants near by. Easy on and off of the hwy. Walgreen's was straight across the street.
