Magnificant stay right on the beach

We have been vacationing at OOB for the past thirty some years and by far this condo is the best. When walking in, the view of the sea from the livingroom is breathtaking. Everything seems inplace, and spacious whether the spaces for dining or livingroom for watching tv.and the bedroom with its own bathroom suite. We appreciated the kitchen with complete appliances and lots of prep space. Loved the wood floors. The mattress was not too soft nor too hard, just right very... comfortable. Ever night we fell asleep while listening to the waves right from our bedroom window. We also appreciated so much this very clean rental. What else to say except we have spent the best vacation ever here and even though it has rained 4 days out of 7. Imagine! Thanks again Ryan who was so kind and helpful as well as Mike the assistant manager. We more than recommend this lovely rental and most certainly plan to be back very soon.

Nice but, needs some improvements.

The condo was nice except upon arrival we found it very confusing on how to get in. The Lock was hard to find and then the key inside had another room number on it. So we took a chance and got up to the room. The door was wide open with a guy inside on the phone. It was the maintenance man on the phone with the owner. I thought we disturbed a guest at first. He was concerned about the TV not being set up with Wi-Fi and cable. It wasn’t a big issue for us. I still don’t understand why he was there and worrying about it? We did not say anything about it as we where just arriving. Strange. So the owner came back with a new tv and Ruku or something which was very nice but not needed. They also dug out an air conditioner for us in case we needed it which was nice also. The unit was pretty dirty. There was thick balls of hair and old socks under the edge of the couch. The shower did not drain and the toilet would run in the other bathroom. The dishwasher was hard to shut. You had to slam it. The dryer knob will not turn allowing the dryer to shut off. I put a load in the dryer before bed and woke up the next morning to the dryer still running. About 8 hrs . One of the bar chairs has loose pieces that fall off so we did not use those. Then the directions say that we would get extra key fobs once inside. There was no extra ones and the key said wrong unit on it. There was a construction boom on the lot the whole time which made it a little tricky getting in and out.

Seawatch get away

Despite a last minute unit change, our stay was very nice. Some construction going on at the building was distracting, but the unit was clean and had everything we needed. Property manager was responsive and very helpful.

Location was amazing! So close to the beach! No cable or streaming, which was tough with the littles

Renting was super easy and low stress. First time at Old Orchard, which is pretty touristy, so be prepared. No cable or streaming, which was tough when rain kept us inside. Dishwasher didn't seem to work. Probably not ideal for a family of 4 with 2 young children, but great for couples or older renters
