Beautiful Oceanfront Condo. 3 bedroom, sleeps eight. Master bedroom has a Tempur-Pedic queen size bed with door to deck. Master bath has a beautiful glass steam shower. 2nd bath has new double open concept shower with rainforest shower heads. 2nd bedroom has a Sealy Posture Pedic queen size bed. 3rd Bedroom has a queen bed.

Living room has a charming queen size sleeper looking right at ocean. Washer Dryer in Unit. 65 Inch Flat Screen TV with cable and internet. Kitchen is complete with dishes, pots & pans, utensils, toaster oven, blender, and Keurig coffee maker.

Sip mimosas off our private balcony while starring at the most beautiful sunrises in Maine. Spend relaxing afternoons swimming in the heated pool or hanging on the beach.

Enjoy shopping at one of our charming boutiques or dinner and a drink at the Myst. For those with children, enjoy quiet private evenings while your kids are playing safely across the street at Palace Playland. Or enjoy walking only a few footsteps from the ocean to your lovely beachfront condo.

Sisters vacation

Loved our stay. Gorgeous rooms. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Not a fan of the master shower. Too small and complicated and a few issues with non-functioning lights, but did not disrupt our stay in any way. So convenient to the beach and surrounding activities. Will definitely recommend.

We had a nice time on our trip but the condo could us an update. The dishwasher didn't work, the table on the balcony tabletop was broken, and the beds were very old and needed new mattresses.

Cute place

The unit was clean but getting into building because no one was to be found in office was troublesome. Every night someone was assigned the same parking number we had so our space was always taken. Ryan was pleasant but not always responsive and Mike was unprofessional by playing a prank and saying “this is mike hanging up on you”. Unit is clean and spacious but bed is squeaky. Wet Laundry was left in washer and dryer when we arrived.

Perfect location for the family

What a wonderful spot to be in OOB. Clean, bit rooms, balconies and the beach! Park your car and never look back for a week. This place is so central to all that’s happening. It was nice to be able to run up to the condo when we needed something. The beach is packed but clean and the staff were very helpful especially Ryan. Thank you Maine! Love it.

Cool June in Old Orchard

We loved the location, on the beach and yet in the middle of this lovely tourist town that was "teen heaven" for our two grandchildren. A cool town with cool temperatures, never getting to 80 degrees. We'll wait until August - September before coming .again. Some complaints: Not enough space to hang clothes, more hooks are needed on the walls and behind doors; our MBR bed was poor; we ran out of hot water once during a shower; TV's were confusing. Overall Great Stay!

We enjoyed everything about our stay. Weather was great. People and staff were great. We wanted a box fan so the staff looked all over for one to no avail. So they went to the store and bought one and sent it to our room. Need I say more? Thanks so much for a wonderful stay and memories!

We LOVE OOB

My entire family and I had a wonderful time at this property
 It is prime location especially for young kids (3 and 2 years old and 10 month infant) Close to the beach is close to the rides! We’re able to cook in and eat out at the local restaurants on the beach. The is beautifully decorated beach/coastal. I condo has three bedrooms which was great
 However there is not much room in the smaller two rooms compared to the master. We rented last year as well and we will rent again!

Unit needed more directions to master bedroom, toilet didn’t flush properly. Back bathroom had mold in shower. Floors needed to be cleaned better. Could use little tables on balcony. There were no blankets in unit. Lighting in living room needed as overhead light to bright. Overall the unit was decorated lovely and beds comfortable.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay. We were very close to the shops and the beach. The view from the balcony was amazing-a great place to watch the sun rise and the moon rise. Check-in and check-out was very quick and easy. Would absolutely recommend!

Old Orchard Beach Vacation

The Property Manager, Ryan was super helpful. He went above and beyond to the point of texting me the morning we checked in to let us know our condo was ready earlier than 4pm. Our condo was very clean, beautifully decorated and you couldn’t ask for a better location. Steps away from the beach, downtown, shops and great restaurants. We would absolutely rent here again!
