This 2 bedrooms first floor apartment is only steps from 7 miles of beautiful white sandy beaches and only about minutes walk to the heart of downtown Old Orchard Beach and the Pier, home of famous pier fries, fresh seafood, pizza, fried dough amusements park, arcade, variety of restaurants and nightlife.

Whether you are looking for a romantic get-away or a fun family vacation, this is the place for you. This 2 bedrooms first floor apartment is well maintained with brand new furniture, A/C, Stream TV with more than 150 channels, DVD, wireless internet access, fully equipped kitchen, private porch, BBQ grill and everything else you will need to enjoy your stay. Un sĂ©jour agrĂ©able dans un endroit bien entretenu. Des hĂŽtes disponibles et trĂšs gentils. A proximitĂ© de la plage mais aussi de l’animation de la ville pour ceux qui aiment. Quartier paisible et familial Ă©galement. Nous y retournerons! Merci

Great location and price point

Property was as advertised. You are getting a clean two bedroom apartment very close to the beach ie two minute walk past a few houses. This isn’t a luxury condo but neither is the price. You are getting a good deal for being so close to the beach access and for being a 15 min walk to the pier and fun. Tami Lynn’s convenience store is up the street and has lots of yummy treats. Parking is a pain in the neck but that’s to come with the territory as there are a few apartments in close proximity all sharing the lot. You are sorta at the mercy of the neighbors in how good/bad they park. The pics don’t show but you get into the apartment on the side where there is a small deck with umbrella and benches (a nice place to have coffee!). Overall we were happy for the price.

Very bad parking. Not clean. Said linens but did not have any towels. Porch light was out. Weeds all around steps. Bathroom shower not caulked so flooring was all lifted. Some blinds missing wand stick to open blinds dirty. One bed made with two flat sheets so slept on mattress pad as sheet did not stay on. Would not rent again!

2nd year we have stayed with Ali & Michelle they are gracious hosts very easy to contact and check in and check out is seamless. Great location just steps to the beach, easy parking and very close to downtown. Already planning for next year

Ali was very pleasant. At arrival, we were advised that the unit that we had rented, was still occupied by previous renter. So we agreed to the upper level unit. The condition of the unit was poor ,even though fairly clean. The shower was terrible. While showering water gets all over the floor. The unit is on dire need of professional repairs. Not. Patch work. Downstairs unit was just as bad. The floors are caved in, and it was like walking down hill. Bathroom shower was okay. But the whole house is very run down. Really needs to be gutted out. All in all we survived but would never consider renting this place again. It wasn't worth the price .

Location is awesome!

Only five houses from the beach! So convenient to not have to drive a car or use public restrooms. The house is basic but had what we needed for the most part. Food staples in the kitchen (such as oil, spices) are limited, so bring what you need for that stuff. Neither bedroom had a TV in it, despite the picture of one in the listing photos. My family didn't care about that, but other people might be disappointed. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean. Ali was nice to work with and responsive to my questions about not being able to sign into my Netflix account on the TV.

Thought we would have a pretty front porch to sit on, instead our deck was 6x6 maybe, and in the parking area. Beds were great! Parking a little tight. Had a nice week but wish I New about the deck. Weather was perfect to be outside. Says it is fine for 6 people, 4 was plenty and six wouldn’t fit on the deck/ porch. Was very close to the beach, loved that!!!

It was a great week to be in OOB

It was a great week of great beach weather made better by being just up the street. Quick walk for lunch, cold drinks and restroom breaks. The location also helped with early morning set up of our chairs and umbrellas.

Probably the best thing I can say is we look forward to staying here again! Everything was perfect starting with communication with owner. The beds were great, shower amazing, stcocked with everything you need and perfect location. Look out the door to Left is the beach at the right is a super friendly corner store. Corner store has everything you may have forgot. It is a deli, they have cheap breakfast oh, and liquor and beer. Location is perfect because of the things mentioned and its close to strip but not in it.LOVED our stay! Highly recommend.
