The house was beautiful and clean but when we arrived the ac downstairs wasn’t working ,my husband had to drain the unit and mop up all the water so we were able to get it working out second night there. There were also a few critters we had to kill. The pool light wasn’t working and when the pool maintenance guy came out we asked him if he could replace the light which he agreed to if I could get permission from the property manager ,I called them they told me they would make sure it was ok and give me a call back which they never did ..overall the house was fine just a few minor issues but we weren’t happy about having no ac in FLORIDA

Damage deposit was never returned??? I stayed the evening as an emergency and didn't even use the kitchen so I really doubt that anything was damaged.

Loved it!

This was a great place to stay for our family! So much better than a hotel room. The pool was an awesome bonus and it wasn’t too far from Disney. We will definitely stay here again!
