Welcome to our luxury 4 bedroom home. The house, just three miles away from Disney, is located in the 24/7 manned gated and prestigious Emerald Island Resort. So close to Disney you can hear the fireworks from your pool deck.

LED TV in every bedroom, Frozen themed and Star Wars themed twin rooms, this four bedroom luxury home is specifically set up for vacationing guests. The first master bedroom suite includes king size sleigh bed features Tempur-pedic contour supreme mattress, TV, and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, roman corner jetted tub, his and her sinks. The second master bedroom suite features king size Tempur-pedic ProAdapt contour Technology mattress, TV and en-suite bathroom with full size tub. Both twin rooms have two twin size beds and TV. This home can comfortably house 8 people. In addition, a pull out queen size sofa bed can sleep 2 more guests. In total this home can comfortably sleep for up to 10 people.

This home is back to the conservation land, waterfront to Emerald Island Resort waterway, offers tranquil water view and lush green land beyond. We have a heated private pool, a patio table with chairs, chaise lounge chairs on the extended pool deck for you to relax outdoors while soaking in the Florida sun. Gas BBQ Grill is readily available and free to use. The pool is equipped with a child safety fence to prevent unsupervised young children from the pool area. The Emerald Island resort also has a clubhouse sauna, fitness center, arcade, Internet cafe, Tiki-bar, 2 heated community pools, spas, volleyball, tennis, basketball facilities, kiddie play areas, all at one’s disposal. Furthermore.
Your home away from home is secure, in a prestigious gated & guarded community located at Disney's doorstep. It is a perfect place for one to recover from a hard day at the parks.
We have a pool table, and Foosball table in the garage converted game room with complimentary high-speed wireless internet reaches every corner of the house. The family room has a 65’’ LCD television, Formal living room; family room, dining room, and breakfast area provide plentiful space to entertain large families. The home also has a washer and a dryer so you can enjoy a long and fun vacation with all the conveniences of your own home. Fully-equipped kitchen, which includes a range, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, conventional coffee maker, toaster, blender, just bring your K-cups and you are ready to start your day. Furthermore, the house is conveniently located just minutes away the popular tourist strip of 192, supermarkets and restaurants, this makes it one of the most appealing spots for both short and long term vacation rentals

Pool heat is optional for your stay but requires an additional fee. We suggest the pool heat from November through April if you plan to use the pool.

Maison confortable dans un beau quartier

La maison est spacieuse et confortable.Le quartier est trĂšs agrĂ©able. La maison est bien Ă©quipĂ©e mais on aurait apprĂ©ciĂ© d’avoir quelques trucs de base comme du savon Ă  vaisselle et Ă  main.Les terrains de tennis communs sont gratuits et du matĂ©riel de sport peut ĂȘtre empruntĂ© sans frais au club house.

The water front Villa in Emerald Island was perfect. The host was great providing information and very responsive. The Villa was amazing! It had all the amenities needed and very comfortable. The back patio and pool were serene and the view was also!. Didn't use the pool as it was cool the cool while there, but looked welcoming. The kitchen had everything needed, and the bedrooms were very comfortable - haven't slept better anywhere else! The gated community was immaculate and felt very safe. The house is clean, better than the pictures. It’s comfortable for our family of 6 adults. Dennis is easy to communicate with. It’s close to Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Be prepared for the traffic around open and close time of the parks. It took us about 35-40 minutes to Universal Studios ( of course there’s traffic at open and close). It would be nice to have more than one bath tissue roll in each bathroom, but I don’t mind making a trip to the nearby Walmart or Target to get the essentials ( make a list before you go shopping). We bought lots of bottled water because that the water in the parks tastes awful or you pay 4 dollars for bottled water.

This property is excellent in every way to cater for a family holiday. From the very start communication with Dennis ( the owner) was brilliant. Any questions were answered very promptly with a very accommodating attitude. The property itself is located in a great gated community and it's location is excellent for all the Disney and Universal parks. The property itself was clean and tidy upon arrival with a supply of household essentials to get you started. There is an abundance of towels for use at the pool. Again the pool area was clean with plenty of chairs and loungers for usage. The bedrooms are very comfortable, good firm mattresses, which I like, made for a great sleep after a hectic day at the parks.On the odd occasion we sat at the front of the property, the seats were comfortable and spacious.The seating area overlooking the pool ( we used this area mostly) was comfortable with again plenty of room.As I said before Dennis was an excellent host and although we had two minor issues, these were rectified very quickly with little or no impact to our holiday.Overall I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for accommodation in the Kissimmee area. It has everything you could need or wish for in a holiday rental.We would like to thank Dennis for a very enjoyable stay.

Home is a beautiful but the house cleaners could do a better job .Was out of a pool for two days due to the pool drain being broke and filthy .Then finally they came and fix it, than days later we notice the pump was not filter the all the debris and bugs and grass out.The TV is tricky to use . Especially the bedroom TV.Over all it was a nice relaxing stay for the 2nd week..1st week was not so relaxing due to having pool problems.

Loved our stay at this house! Very comfortable!

We had a great experience! The house was very clean and very comfortable! We felt like we were staying at a family member’s house!I picked this house mainly because they had Tempur-Pedic mattresses! I knew we would be having long days at the parks and would need a good nights rest. We slept perfectly! Our family of 6 (2 adults and 4 teenagers), fit comfortably in the house with plenty of room for everyone. Plus it is close to parks and Walmart. I would highly recommend staying here, you won’t be disappointed. We would stay here again. You do have to buy a parking pass for 20 per vehicle from the clubhouse.

Okay property

This property is right near Disney so LOTS of crowds everywhere. We wanted a heated pool to chill but the heat never worked which was a bummer. The property accommodated all of us very nicely and is a very clean and neat neighborhood. Personally the king beds were way too hard and we struggled to get a good nights sleep. The kitchen had lots of dishes and pans but we were trying to bake as well and had no bakeware (except one 13x9 pan)but I prefer home cooked meals, so may not be a big deal for most people on vacation.

Spacious and cozy

Bungalow offering a lot of room. 2 living rooms, very spacious master bedroom with ensuite, 2 sinks, sunk in tub and crib. large open concept 2 bedrooms offering twin beds and 4th bedroom woth a king and ensuite. All bedrooms have TVs, only living room and main master have smart TVs. There is no filtered water system, so we just bought jugs of water from publix. Breakfast table seating 4, plus dining room table seating 6. Garage offers pool table and fuse table. Pool area does not face sun, so no sun throughout the day but pool heater worked well. Very clean gated community, with basketball, tennis, pool, hot tub, mini gym, nature paths and 24/7 security. The home does not come with spices, tinfoil, toilet paper ( 1 roll included in each bathroom), paper towel, dish soap, dish pods ( 3 pods given), which is fine, but making note so you know what to have available upon your arrival. Owner was very easy to communicate with, responded very quickly. We did not have to strip beds or do laundry, which was a bonus! We did collect up all towels and placed them in the laundry basket. Location is about 30 minutes from Universal, but with traffic it can take up to 45mins. Close to tourist shops, dining options, grocery stores. . Would recommend this property and would definitely book again!

Perfect Family-Friendly Villa!

Perfect family friendly vacation house! Pool security net, full size crib, two play pens, high chair, even a potty chair! Perfect for our little ones! Amazing from booking to visit

Where do I start! Dennis was so prompt with queries. The accommodation had been upgraded since the photos had been taken, which Dennis did mention during the booking process. Extremely comfortable sofas. Main bedroom mattress was truly the best that I've ever slept on and we've travelled the world a lot! The location was superb, just minutes from supermarkets, restaurants & Disney. Shout out to the cleaning staff, too, which did a particularly great job in the bathrooms, which are often the areas that have grubby bits but the 3 bathrooms were spotless. Can't recommend enough! A++++++
