Luxurious Oceanfront Ormond Getaway

The pool is officially open after major renovations !
Recently renovated, luxurious Ormond by the Sea apartment fully designed with Ralph Lauren furniture. Oceanfront views from every room in the apt. Perfect romantic getaway! The beach is located right across from the condominium (2 min walk). Relaxing fireplace in the living room, built-in Sonos speakers throughout the one bedroom/one bathroom condo. 70 inch smart T.V's in living room and master bedroom. State of the art LG washer/dryer. No detail has been overlooked in this beautiful new condo!

Other things to note
No elevator in building. The apartment is located on the second floor of the building.

Due to the current pandemic, we have made changes to our cleaning after every guest:
- The condo is professionally cleaned after every guest trip
- High touch surfaces are being disinfected with 99% alcohol
- No contact check-in/check-out
- Accepting longer stays

Our stay was excellent, property was great, clean and the people in the development were nice. Beach was great, sunrises on point, eats in the area were ok. Only let down was the internet service the tv was always rebooting. Other than that we would definitely stay again.

Perfect little spot to get away on vacation! Watching the fireworks on the 4th from the balcony was phenomenal!! Condo was stocked with way more than any other condo we have stayed at!!

Anniversary Getaway

We celebrated our 27th anniversary there and had a great time. We visited local stores, parks, beach and restaurants with ease. Everything we could need was provided, and we just enjoyed the peaceful feeling of the beach, and local surroundings. Thank you for having us at your beautiful home. It was all we could have wanted for a short getaway from Jacksonville, FL.

We love Norma condo. This is are 3th time stay in her condo.We alway have a good time. The view is one of the best. There is alot to do or just relax at the pool. We will be back soon.

Fun in the sun and beach house

Everything as it should be. The condo was lovely. Beach right a cross A1A. From the blecey we sat and watched the sunrise. Ever morning. Play in the pool , (although the pool could use some work). Around I give it A++ fun.

Nice Stay, After a Stressful Beginning

Arrived Thanksgiving Eve after a long drive to find the property hadn't been cleaned. Unmade bed, full trash cans, used towels in the bathroom and dirty dishes on the counter. Weren't sure that previous renters were gone! Considered leaving for a hotel. But we changed the sheets and cleaned the place up. Spoke with the owner Thanksgiving day and learned that there had been a miscommunication with the housekeeper. Things were resolved to our satisfaction and the remainder of the stay was excellent. Very nice place in a convenient location.

5 Star Condo!

This was the most beautifully decorated condo my husband and I have ever rented! The owners provided more essentials for the kitchen and bathroom, than we have had with other VRBO rentals. We relaxed on the balcony overlooking the beautiful ocean, even though there was a lot of traffic during rush hours on A1A. That did not bother my husband at all, as he enjoyed watching the variety of vehicles on the road and people walking and enjoying the beautiful beach and weather. I loved watching the many pelicans floating in the water at dawn and late afternoon catching their breakfast and dinner, as there were a lot of bait fish close to the shore. We had a bad storm on one afternoon of the 4 nights we stayed, which did not affect our stay and actually calmed the ocean down, as there were rough surf conditions the first two days of our stay. We had a really great time staying a this condo and beautiful Ormond Beach!
