The property was clean but when we tried to check in at 3pm we were given a room but upon entering the room we found the room was not cleaned. We had to wait another hour before we could check in. The room was not cleaned the next day and no clean towels were put in. We had to complain that evening and the towels were thrown on the counter but the soiled towels were still on the bathroom floor. Either the hotel was under staffed or the service was terrible

La chambre avait une drôle d’odeur en arrivant et faisait très très chaud. J’ai vu que le thermostat était réglé à 26 degré Celsius. Une fois la température rétablie à 21, l’odeur était un beaucoup moins pire. La salle pour le déjeuner est très petite et serrée pour le nombre de personne. Comme pour la chambre, il faisait tes chaud à cause des réchauds, etc. À part de ça, le lit est bien confortable et la salle de bain propre. Il y avait une espace d’environ 1/4 de pouce avec le cadre lorsque la porte est fermée. Donc, on peut entendre le monde qui se promène et parle dans le couloir.

Room was newly renovated and clean. We were on the first floor with a patio door. The bed and pillows were perfect. Highly recommend!

I had to switch 5 rooms before we got one that wasn’t disgusting. And there also no elevator so sucks for you if you have a room on the second floor and heavy luggage. No soap, the washroom smelled like urine, the rooms smelled like mold, one room was completely dirty like no house keeping went in there. That was atrocious. The area also felt very unsafe.

Great renovated room, great staff, convinient vreakfast and location. I recomend better cleaning jobs, maybe housekeeper should wear a hair net while cleaning. Also the noise level fron roon to room can be a bit loud dependibg in your neighbors.
