Check in was very easy. Rubi from the front desk is incredibly helpful and a great human being. She addressed all our concerns, helped with our requests and went above and beyond. We were all stressed with our all day flight cancellations and she made it easy for us to check in and get in our rooms asap. Rooms are spacious and clean. No complains.
