SEASONAL RENTAL- 2021- january thru may rental available. furnished unit, has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms each with a walk-in closet, eat-in kitchen, freshly painted, newly tiled floors, new lighting & fixtures, living/dining rooms newly furnished, a perfect winter getaway. living room sliders open to spacious terrace with exceptional views of ocean and intra-coastal. beautiful pool area deck overlooking private beach. the welcoming lobby leads you to the social room, fitness room, sauna, library with billiard table, & large screen tv. outdoor bbq on premises by pool, can be enjoyed by building residents. secure building with doorman, 1 assigned parking space, and plenty of parking. spray car wash in parking area. easy access to shopping, highways, airports and more! your home away from home. please see floor plan for layout. all utilities included, except telephone. tenant pays florida tourist developmental tax, 6%. rental period 3- 6 months. tenant required to have interview by condo association upon arrival. $100 credit/background check.
