It was very clean. The staff at the desk, I can't remember the lady's name, was phenomenal. Was offered a room upgrade so I didn't have to use the pull out couch afterall. I appreciated that greatly. As for the rooms themselves, so spacious and well-equipped. Very convenient location with a lot of restaurants within walking distance. Right off the highway too. Gas station nearby as well.

The hotel and its facilities are spectacular, they have excellent customer service, clean areas, and the rooms are very spacious. You can also bring your pet, and there are many restaurants nearby, which makes it ideal for going out for dinner or lunch.

My room was spacious, spotless, and quiet. I stayed here on NYE without incident. Breakfast exceeded expectations as there's a entire "Build your own breakfast sandwich" bar complete with french toast and baked spinach pastries. I will stay here again. It's right off I-75 and close to restaurants.

Upon arrival in my room, I went to use the bathroom and noticed the seat was hanging off the hinges. I informed the front desk and was told that maintenance would not be on site until the next day. I requested a room change. My next room did not smell fresh. The carpets in the hotel are stained. The hotel needs a deep clean.

I have stayed at this hotel atleast 3 times. Usually, my stay is good but this time, it was not. The hotel carpets are very stained. There was hair on the bathroom floor and crayon or red markings on the bathroom door. The hotel has gone down in cleanliness. It needs a deep clean.

Everything was excellent, as usual! The check-in clerk even remembered me from a previous visit! :) I only had one (minor) complaint for this visit. The microwave that usually is in the breakfast line area wasn't there. Not sure if that's a permanent change or if it's just being replaced. Being able to warm up my breakfast or crisp up my bacon is a nice perk. As I said, it's minor.
