We are in close proximity to Spinnakers, Club LaVela, Pineapple Willies, Shipwreck Water Park, Gulf World, Zoo World, Publix Supermarket, Super Wal-Mart, Thunder Beach Bike Week Ralley

Convientally located midbeach, the property has a large gulf side pool, and snack bar, crossing the "strip" through a pedestrian gate, leaves behind the noise and hustle bustle of the beach and leads you to the quiet neighborhood like setting of Gulf Highlands. Less than 900 feet to the unit and your own private 2 car parking area (no parking garages or elevators to deal with here !) The resort has 11 pools, (two of which are located right out the back door patio of our unit surrounded by your own personal recreation area, for 18 holes of free putt putt, and shuffleboard) All of which is veiwable from the patio and upper back deck (a great place to turn loose the kids and keep an eye on them as well !. Unit was as advertised and clean. Walk to the beach was very manageable. The amount of people on the beach day was undescribable. Will probably relive to a less crowded area in the future is we come in June or July.

Loved the location

We truly enjoyed our visit at Gulf Highlands! The gated community feels very safe. You have a short walk to the beach. It’s very close to come back for lunch. The condo has everything you need! There are a lot of beach toys, beach chairs, umbrella and even a beach wagon to use!! You can’t go wrong in staying here!! Danny even checked on us during our stay.

Great place to stay!

My 2 children, husband, and I traveled to PCB for a softball tournament. We stayed for a week at Dan's place. It was perfect for us. The place has been updated and it was decorated beautifully. The beds were comfortable and clean. There were plenty of towels. The AC was cold. The washroom was accessible from inside. It backs up to putt-putt and two pools within walking distance. We didn't need to rent a golf cart, though the kids really wanted to. We parked our truck at the closest pool and walked to the beach. Dan had everything we needed, chairs, beach toys, umbrella, and even a wagon. The kitchen had all the appliances and pots I needed for cooking. I appreciated Dan calling to make sure everything was going great. We will definitely be staying here again!

Dan is amazing

We had a great stay at Dan’s place for spring break. He has everything you need and it’s in a great location. Dan is awesome, he helped me find someone to give me a jump start when I was in desperate need and also helped play an April fools joke on the kids. I look forward to staying here again soon. Thanks again Dan for allowing us to make memories of a lifetime with many more to come.

FAMILY TIME

Danny was an awesome host.. whether before our trip or after, he would immediately respond to any question I had. The unit had been updated since the pictures that were shown in the VRBO listing, and this was a pleasant surprise. The grounds of the property and the many amenities were just as listed, and the beach was a short 4-5 minute walk. I would definitely rent this property again and look forward to doing so.... Sweet time in PCB

Had a fantastic time at this property. I highly recommend taking the Island Time Snorkel trip to Shell Island. Also the I Can't Decide at Bayou on the Beach! Danny is a friendly host and the property has all you need for a great stay.

Family Friendly Vacation

We enjoyed our stay very much. Dan was amazing, he made sure we had everything we needed and check-in was smooth. He checked on us during our stay as well. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed . It is within walking distance to beach and the heated pool was right out back. I enjoyed sitting on the porch off the master bedroom every morning with a cup of coffee. My boys enjoyed putt putt and there were many kids to play with. We give our stay an A+ and will definitely be back .

The property was exactly as it appeared in the pictures. Had everything needed to enjoy a week stay. Danny was great with follow calls before and during my stay. The resort was quiet and peaceful and close to anything I needed for groceries or shopping. If you have pets with you, be sure to go to the dog beach at Pier Park on the west end. Much better than the public beaches who will not allow your fur babies! Overall, I would stay here again if I couldn't find anything pet friendly on the west end.

Good place to stay.

This is a good place to stay. It is about a 5 minute walk to the beach. We had a couple small issues but Dan was really great and took care of what he could extremely quick. Dan has great communication and is quick to respond. While the place could use some updates it is still a nice place to stay. Some reviews mentioned the beds being very uncomfortable I found them to be fine. Thanks for everything Dan!

Great vacation

Danny was great to work with and kept in touch to make sure all was going well for our vacation. The gated community is well kept and close to the beach. The provided beach wagon was a perk and very helpful to have on the walks to the beach. The condo could use a few updates but it was clean and we felt safe.

Convenient and comfortable

What a great place. The pictures do not do it justice. So much more roomier than the pictures show. My son (10) my brother (24) myself (31) and my dog (Aussie/Collie, 7) all stayed and had plenty of space and room. So comfortable and convenient to everything. My son absolutely loved the put-put in the back yard and played it everyday, the short walk to the pool was amazing and we enjoyed it, especially a nice night swim. We loved being able to take a short stroll to the beach in the evening for crab hunting and watching the sunset. Everything (restaurant/shopping/activities) were just a few minutes to get to, this condo really does have everything! We will absolutely be staying here again! Dan, the host, was attentive and polite. Super caring and concerned about our stay, making sure we had the best time possible. Condo had everything we needed or could ask for!

Miserable

I spoke with Dan prior to our stay regarding a bad review and he assured me everything would be acceptable. The beds were very uncomfortable, had to buy a mattress topper to get sleep. The shower is only 5 minutes of warm water. The floor was filthy. All the furniture was dirty and uncomfortable. We couldn’t use the coffee maker because it was dirty. I spoke with Dan regarding some of the issues, and he is very nice and attentive while you are there, however I sent him pictures of some of the issues after checkout and he won’t respond. We left the Condo exactly as we found it.
