Escape to the crystal waters and soft sandy beaches of beautiful Panama City Beach where you have unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico and you can 'Sea 4 Miles' from our 15th floor Gulf front condo (East Tower) at the beach inspired Calypso Resort and Towers.

Relax and enjoy a cool drink at the NEW TIKI BAR located on the Gulf between the 2 pools.
Calypso is directly adjacent to the blossoming PIER PARK entertainment and Shopping Complex where LONGHORN STEAKHOUSE, DAVE AND BUSTERS, TARGET (with basic groceries), STARBUCKS, PANERA BREAD, MARGARITAVILLE, DILLARDS, SOUTHERN THEATRES - a 16 Theatre Complex and many more stores are now open. The theatre features stadium seating, digital sound, a game room, advance ticketing over the Internet and a specialty café.


Our condo has been professionally decorated with beach style furnishings throughout, which is in keeping with the exterior architecture and landscaping at the Resort.

Your luxury accommodations include a Gulf front Master with King Size Bed, Private Bath, Walk-in closet and sliding glass door to the private balcony. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and direct access to the hall bath. There is a three bedroom with bunk beds - perfect for the kids with twin beds. Free High Speed Internet access, and Hair Dryers in the bathrooms.

All rooms are equipped with TVs. The living room has a very good quality queen size sleeper sofa. All bedrooms and the Living Room have black-out curtains for when you want to sleep in or take an afternoon nap.

There are breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from the Kitchen, Living Room and Master Bedroom. The balcony, which spans the length of the unit has seating for 5 and is a perfect place for reading, dining, and enjoying the beautiful sunsets.

Our 15th floor location is just high enough to escape from the hustle and bustle below and offers you privacy that you do not have on the lower floors.

There are a variety of seasonal activities conveniently located on-site such as Jet Skiing, Parasailing, Catamaran Rental and Banana Boat Rides. These activities can be arranged at the Beach side Kiosk for an additional fee.

We rent Saturday to Saturday during peak season. Shorter stays will be considered last minute and during non peak weeks.

We rent to families and adults 25 years and older. We do not rent to any vacationing students or young adults under the age of 25 unaccompanied by a responsible adult (parent or guardian) who will be at the property for the entire stay.

RESERVATIONS MADE UNDER FALSE PRETENSES WILL BE SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION/IMMEDIATE EVICTION WITH NO REFUND GIVEN

The condo was absolutely everything and more . The owners didn’t miss a thing for their guests . It is by far one of the best places with amenities that we have stayed at Panama City Beach . The View from the condo is amazing!

We really enjoyed our stay. The only problem was at 4:00 check in we still did not have the code to get into the condo. I messaged the owner and she responded right away with the door code. We would stay here again.

Great location for the family. We could walk to so many activities. The kids loved it too!

Lots of fun. Beautiful condo. Great location for tons of activities and food. Beautiful condo, resort and staff there at the resort. My only concern while there was that there are no sharp knives and no Tupperware with lids. But would not let something that trivial keep me from returning. So overall it was wonderful.

Beautiful view on the beach

We loved staying here! The condo was very clean, exactly like the pictures showed on the listing. All the basic amenities were there for us. Even had some beach toys in the laundry room, and an air fryer in the kitchen! Amira was extremely responsive to all my questions. We didnt have any issues checking into the room. My only recommendation to other guests is to check in and check out not at the exact times. Maybe check in a little later and check out a littler earlier..then you wont hit the rush. My family had a wonderful beach vacation here. Highly recommend!

Zero communication

The condo was reasonably clean & a great location. The room with the bunk beds had no working ceiling light. The owner notified me when I made the reservation that there would be an email with a parking pass. I never received the email. After multiple calls, texts and emails to the property contact, I never received one reply. The owner even removed the name & contact number from the VRBO listing. Thankfully an on site property management person that has nothing to do with the owner of the condo I rented gave me a temporary parking tag. Otherwise, my rental car would have been towed. We had to purchase additional toilet paper as well. There was only what was on the toilet paper holder. I would recommend the building with another management company.

Perfect Long Weekend Despite the Red Tide

I, along with some friends, take our kids to the Pirates of the High Seas Festival every year in October. Calypso Towers is so convenient to the festivities at Pier Park and is our preferred place to stay. This was our first time in this particular unit. We did have to reach out to the owner upon arrival as I did not receive the key code or garage gate code prior to arrival. But she was quick to answer the phone and get us in. Previous reviews have mentioned dated furniture, peeling cabinet paint, and a dirty unit upon arrival. Maybe the furniture and decor could be updated. And yes, the paint is peeling on some of the cabinets. And housekeeping could do a slightly better job. But I am really not renting the unit for the decor and furnishings--we are vacationing with children. The unit is still very accommodating as there was adequate seating for lounging and dining and the view is terrific. The kitchen has sufficient cutlery, plates, utensils, etc for a week at the beach. And although housekeeping needs to step up their game, a day on the beach always brings in more sand. For the price, this unit is a great deal! We would definitely stay again!
