BOOKING POLICIES AND RULES:
To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay, Ocean Reef maintains and enforces the following policies. Our On-Site Property Manager or Ocean Reef Security team are present daily to ensure compliance. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. An ID may be required for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons.
- MINIMUM AGE: The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older to book this condo.
- OCCUPANCY LIMIT: The maximum occupancy limit is 6 guests.
- NO-SMOKING/VAPING: This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING resort, including on the balcony. If you plan to smoke or vape during your vacation, please book a different property. Violation may result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of your damage deposit.
- NO PETS: Pets are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the property.
- QUIET HOURS & RESPECT: Quiet hours must be strictly observed. Loud music, parties, and large gatherings are not permitted. Please respect the peaceful enjoyment of your neighbors and their balconies.

Condo was very nice and comfortable. Two stars for the horrible elevator situation and lack of communication with the owners. For two of our five days we were significantly delayed trying to go to and from the beach because only one elevator was running for the entire building. There were 20-30 minute wait times each way especially during busy times. Talking with other residents this seems to be common with this building. When we tried contacting Greta’s several times during our stay we never got one response from them. We got the standard automatic responses like welcome and departure messages but not one response to our specific questions. We enjoyed the actual condo, but the other issues would definitely keep us from renting there again.

Nice but fee's are a bit much - Drainage Ditch on Beach

Stayed here with my husband and mother in law. The place was nice but small. They property was okay and could use an update with a deep cleaning. The beach has a drainage ditch so that's a eye sore. It is also not a private beach so if you pay for the beach chairs, people will still come up and set up right in front of you. I thought the cleaning fee was crazy for 4 days, especially since there is a chore list to do before checkout (washing towels, etc) and the place is kinda basic. Fees that could have payed to stay at a nicer place.

Loved the condo!

My fiancé and I were very pleased with the condo. We had zero complaints! Pictures are accurate, if anything the condo was even better than the pics! Super clean, balcony is huge, kitchen had everything we needed. Elevators were quick and easy to get on, assigned parking was so convenient, and we loved the location. Very happy with our stay!

Relaxing Refresh before Summer!

This condo has everything you need, we were impressed cleanliness, open floorplan, room for everyone and the VIEW! When not on the beach, we spent most of our time enjoying the spectacular deck, for meals, coffee, and watching the ocean, we were able to see Tarpon, Sharks, Dolphin and even a Sea Turtle! Bring your binoculars because you can see for miles!

Beautiful modern beachfront apartment - spectacular views and great location

We just loved the apartment. It was exactly like the photos showed very clean and modern look and feel we stayed there with kids for a long cherished beach trip in this pandemic. The rooms are spacious and the living room was very comfy. The best part of the view - just amazing. The huge balcony was so enjoyable, with lots of regular chairs and relaxation chairs! A reserved parking spot made the whole thing a lot easier. The apartment also had a cart that made moving luggages easy. The beach was right off the building so going to the beach literally took seconds after we exited the elevator. We loved the apartment so much that we ended up extending our stay. The host was very responsive — answered our texts immediately and resolved all questions. The location is also great — not too crowded or noisy but right next to everything including. Dining and kids entertainment.

Fantastic Family Vacation Spot

We loved our stay here. We thought that the property was very spacious, including the outdoor balcony of which we enjoyed spending time on and looking out over the ocean. With out one and a half year old we found it very convenient to be able to take the elevator down and walk out to the beach. He would only last a couple hours at a time so it was nice being on the beach for this convenience. We also had two beach chairs every day, didn't experience crowding, it seemed like we were on an end of the beach that wasn't highly populated. The place was well accommodated with cleaning supplies including laundry detergent and drying sheets. We loved everything about our stay here and I have already recommended it others. We would be more than happy to travel back.
