This intimate coastal community stretches across 200 feet of pristine sugar-white sand, offering a relaxed and uncrowded beach experience. The main floor is designed for comfort and connection, featuring an open living and dining space filled with natural light, a sleeper sofa for extra guests, and a fully stocked kitchen for easy meals at home. A half bath adds convenience, while large sliding doors lead to a covered patio where you can unwind to the sound of the waves or step straight onto the beach. Upstairs, the primary suite is a private retreat with a king-size bed, work desk and chair, and a spa-like ensuite bath complete with a soaking tub. Step onto the covered Gulf-front balcony to enjoy sunrise coffee or sunsets. The second bedroom is well-suited for families, offering a queen bed and its own ensuite bathroom. With its prime beachfront location, modern updates, and inviting layout, Seagull Villas #7 is an ideal setting for a relaxing and memorable coastal getaway.

We loved our stay here! Perfect location and beautifully renovated. The back deck has a gate so it was perfect for our puppy to be outside without a leash. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and very clean. Primary bed was comfortable, as was the living room furniture. It was very odd not to have a shower in the primary bedroom, only a bathtub, but there is a shower in the two other bathrooms. These old townhomes don't give much privacy on the patio/deck, but the direct access to the beach and not being in a high-rise makes up for it. We really enjoyed our stay.

This place was very nice. You should be aware that it is right next to a high rise building. Actually 3 in a row. So beach will be crowded. Also if you plan on cooking be sure to bring knives. Overall we enjoyed our stay. We brought our dog and had no problems. So nice and close to the beach. Lounge chairs and an umbrella were provided.

Very nice stay, only problem was the downstairs toilet and the refrigerator said replace filter so we couldn't get ice out of the door, but overall a nice place.
