Beautiful Condo! Extra-Large Balcony, Free Beach Chairs, and Beach Front!

Our condo offers two Free beach chairs and one umbrella each day of your stay (March 1st to October 31).

The condo is an open floor plan that sleeps six with a king bed in the master bedroom, and 2 full-size beds in the guest room. In addition, the master suite has a private bathroom along with a full view of the water. The guest room has a full bathroom as well. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area that will seat six at the table and four more at the counter.

The balconies at Ocean Reef are among the largest you will find in the area. From the balcony of #1908 you can view the water connecting with the sky, dolphins jumping, seagulls flying, beachgoers walking, parasailing, boating, snorkeling, and much, much more. The balcony is comfortably furnished and provides a relaxing area for enjoying sunsets and sunrises.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and during the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking throughout your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require your ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager as well as building association staff are on-site to insure rules and terms are being followed.

Great stay

Nice property with great view and good location. Only 2 elevators working all weekend which made it hard to get up and down to the 19th floor. Unit could use a few updates and a deep cleaning of the living room rug and a few more pots/pans/mixing bowls to cook with but otherwise a nice unit.

Immaculately Clean, Convenient Location

We were excited to find this gem last minute. It was immaculately clean. Just as described. Convenient location. Typically experience elevator issues when staying on 19th floor, but not here - no elevator issues! Only minor complaint - dryer took forever to dry towels and front bedroom (2 beds) was significantly warmer than the rest of the unit. Overall, a great experience at a beautiful condo with beautiful views.

Family Vacation

We have stayed at this property a few times. I like this property because it’s in a really good area to walk to a few places and there are lots of kid activities close. The only thing I didn’t like about this unit was the master bed mattress. It feels like it tilts or is just really worn out. Just really uncomfortable. But that’s it. That’s the only complaint I have about this unit.

Beautiful condo and it was the perfect location.

This condo felt like home, very welcoming the minute we walked in. Usually we stay at Emerald Beach Resort, basically 2 doors down. However, the huge balcony and our own private/personal parking space...that was a huge bonus.. The little donut shop across the street was awesome! You won't be disappointed with this rental...beautifully furnished and perfect location.

We love the location of this condo, walking distance to RunAway Grill, and walk to the beach. The condo did not appear newly renovated except maybe the tile throughout which was nice. the closet floor was filled with kids' beach toys that were full of beach sand. No place for your shoes & only 5 hangers per closet

Great view from balcony!

Although the weather was bad (cool, rainy and stormy all weekend), we enjoyed sitting on the balcony when we were at the condo. Saw some dolphins and stingrays and enjoyed the ocean sounds. We came to PCB to tour the new 55+ community at Latitudes Margaritaville, as well as surrounding areas, for upcoming retirement. The condo is very comfortable, with all the appointments exactly as described. We would revisit Greta's if/when we return.

If you are thinking of booking this rental do not hesitate. The location is perfect and the beach is less crowded compared to other areas down the strip. The rental was very clean and had everything needed for our family of 5. Check in was a breeze and the owners were so nice and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back!

This is a beautiful condo ... the ocean view is spectacular. It's clean and comfy and super convenient to everything. Parking is easy and close to the elevator. You're super close to Pier Park. There is a Walmart and shopping area close by. I was sad our time was so limited because it's just that wonderful! I can't wait to go back and stay at this fabulous condo again!

This was the nicest beach condo I have ever stayed in. Nice building, updated elevators, beautiful inside the unit, large balcony, 19th floor. In addition, there aren't any large condo buildings right next to this one so the beach isn't as crowded. I will stay here again!
