Beautiful property hosted by an engaged, professional owner!

We have stayed at Long Beach Resort for the past four years and have rented other condos with Bill Pederson as the property manager. This is the first time we stayed in one that he owned. The condo was wonderful! It was clean and well-stocked. It was definitely a very comfortable home away from home. Bill checked in to make sure everything met our needs and even offered an early check in. We had traveled all night through storms and were so grateful to be able to get into the condo a couple of hours early. The condos at Long Beach are all very similar, but the property manager makes a world of difference in your stay. I am hoping to rent this condo again next year. If we decide we need a bigger one, the one thing I will definitely seek out is a condo managed by Bill. He took care of every detail and answered every text quickly and efficiently. His attention to detail in this condo and in his management of other condos in this resort set him above the rest! Thank you Bill!

8th Floor with Balcony

First time we used VRBO and our first retirement trip. Totally enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again if back in the area. Two heated pools on site (lazy river pool is not). Perfect quiet location with private locked access to beautiful white sand beach.

Fall Break 2024

We stayed here for 7 days for our annual fall break beach trip. The listing is exactly as described and was the perfect size for me and my husband. The space was clean and cozy, and the owner was very responsive. We absolutely loved the location with it being close to everything that we enjoy doing. The balcony is a great morning spot to drink coffee and take the views in. The beach view from every room was absolutely amazing, and the walk to the beach was very easy- it seemed like the beach was “right there” just after you leave the gate. The beach chairs that were included were such a great added bonus. All in all, we loved this condo and will book again in the future!

View from Balcony is spectacular!!

We had a wonderful stay in this unit!!! Location was excellent. Elevators were fast, View was spectacular and the pool was delightful. Parking was easy and we love that the unit was gated!! Friday night they offered a DJ on the pool deck. We were a little disappointed in the beach service as umbrella service seemed stressed but we do bring our own equipment and use the complimentary chairs as needed. The blinds in living room need to be repaired or replaced. Not a problem for us because we didn’t need to close them. We didn’t care for drop ceiling in bathroom. Cabinets and granite countertops are beautiful. Mattress very comfortable and we enjoyed the extra blankets in closet as some mornings were cool. We enjoyed the large wrapped around deck. Overall, we would stay again. Owners are very helpful!!! Also loved how the complex decorated for Memorial Day!!!

Great place to stay close to the beach

This was a great place to stay close to the beach with a great view of the gulf!!! It just wasn’t as clean as it should be!!! Opened the door and it was very musty smelling so bad I had to go buy air fresheners to try to help make it smell better. The inside of the microwave had food splattered all over it and there was Swedish fish left on the floor from people that were their before us. Blinds were broken in the living room and fell down when we try to close them at night. You couldn’t close them for how many of them were missing. Nice washer and dryer and we enjoyed the big garden bath tub!!!! Overall we enjoyed our stay just wish it didn’t smell moldy and musty and was cleaner! Owner was very nice and replied to all my responses!!!

This place was located perfectly for a great beach view! Very well maintained, clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The pool was amazing, can even see the beach from most parts. Had karaoke and a dj:) The staff was very nice and really paid attention to who was coming and going, felt very safe. Instructions and keys were mailed to us in plenty of time for our trip. Highly recommend and will be going back.

We had an amazing stay at this condo. The pictures did not do it justice. Everything was perfect. The view’s were amazing as well. Just a short trip down stairs to the beach. Very nice chairs and umbrella just waiting for us to use. The bed was very comfortable and I loved having the LG washer/dryer right in the bathroom. Very convenient to use everyday. Our stay was very relaxing. Would definitely stay again.
