We are new owners as of January 2021 and have redecorated and remodeled this gem. We created a romantic getaway for two. New King size comfy bed, new beachy porcelain tile floors, tranquil paint, new wooden walls similar to shiplap, two reclining leather chairs, and an electric fireplace with heat for chilly days or just the flame for ambiance, new glass back door for even better view, new bar and barstools with hanging pendants, new chest of drawers, rug & beautiful coastal art. Bathroom and Kitchen recent remodeled. Wonderful large tiled shower with glass door, Full kitchen with dishwasher, washer drier, Great location 2 minutes from Pier Park for shopping. Walk to restaurants. Fine dining and cocktails . One of Floridas largest fishing piers less than 3 minutes away. Swim with the Dolphins across the street. Nice bang for your buck

Place was cute and had everything we needed. Close to peir Park. Bed was a little too firm had to go get a topper to sleep a little better. Host was quick with response when the dryer didn't work. And was very accommodating with early check in. Thanks for a great stay. Nothing beats waking up to the ocean

Cozy & Convenient

This is the perfect place if you’re looking for convenience and a hassle free trip. From check- in-to parking-to location, everything was simple and easy. The room was clean and nicely decorated and owners responded promptly to all questions.Loved that I didn’t have to use the elevator and was on the beach within a minute. The free beach chair was nice and I was able to walk to most places. Beautiful views! I would definitely book this room again!

Exactly what we needed

This place was exactly what we needed for some R&R. Location, location, location! It was perfect and comfortable and had everything we needed and we could not have asked for more. Greg and Paula were very accommodating and hospitable. The place is adorably decorated for a beachy atmosphere. Located on the second floor, the beach view from the balcony is stunning, and access to the beach couldn’t have been better. We are already planning to stay there again next year.

Perfect for a quick couple's getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay at Coast Awhile. We have stayed in several of the condos in this building and this was our favorite! We will definitely be back. Owners are wonderful, communication is top notch. We did not have a single problem or question-it was all provided up front! Very easy check in and out. Nicely decorated. Just a very few steps to the sand and beach. 2nd floor is fine for a view from its balcony. Parking was close by and often in front of our door. Bed needs to be replaced. Uncomfortable. Overall a nice fun experience
