This Condo is a two bedroom/ bath condo located at the MOST sought after location in Panama City Beach Florida, Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort. It is centrally located in Tower I on the 5th Floor directly overlooking the multiple lagoon pools, waterfalls, beaches and the Atlantic Ocean. There are multiple views of the Ocean and the World's Most Beautiful Beaches within the Condo and the balcony. Every bedroom has been completely upgraded there are two leather chairs facing the ocean in the Master as well as the most comfortable chair made along the wall, there is a leather sleeper sofa in the living room, new dining room set and table and new oven/stove/microwave in the kitchen. There is new furniture throughout with no expense spared for your enjoyment comfort and leisure. There are three let out recliners in the living room. The best restaurant on Front Beach Road, "Oceans" is right outside your doors. Jet-skis, Parasailing and overall beach fun is directly outside your resort steps on the beach. Everything you desire is within arm's length so it seems. Couples, Seniors, kids and families all find this to be a slice of Paradise.

Condo was a beautiful unit and very well equipped. Balcony has perfect view over Lagoon Pool and the ocean. It was very clean as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future.

Really enjoyed the rental- it was clean and beautiful. Can't beat the views from the master bedroom of the beach when you wake up or the sunsets. Everything was available in the kitchen to cook with. Definitely saved in our "will rent again" book!

Very nice unit, well furnished

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in the unit. It is directly over the pool and the view is fabulous. The unit is well furnished with plenty of room and the kitchen has everything you need. Will definitely look at staying in this unit, if it's available, on our next beach trip to PCB.

I appreciated that they let us check in early because we needed out of our other place. Upon entering the condo it looked pretty good. When we left to dinner in the evening and returned, I opened a kitchen drawer and there was a live roach with lots of droppings in there. Also found a dead one under the sink. The next day found another one crawling up the kitchen wall then in the evening found one in the kids room alive and within minutes another running through the dining area. The following day found a dead one in the dining area. Owners were called and nothing was done about it. They said they have never had roaches but there were roach bait traps under the kitchen sink so it was obvious they knew. Was told an exterminator would come out and they never did. Also there was a part of a finger nail lying on top of a dresser and all the beds were very dusty underneath. Was very disappointed with this stay.

Nice condo with issues

Would have been fantastic but they already knew the dryer did not work, when on a beach vacation its super important to be able to wash and dry towels ect..smoke alarm batteries were needed and also remotes that had dead batteries , it was tough without laundry facilities, but overall i love the resort

Perfect View

The location was perfect, the condo was amazing and the view was absolutely breathtaking! Only thing I would change is I wish check in/out was 3pm and 11am instead of 4pm and 10am. There was a restaurant on the premises, the waitresses were all very friendly and the food was good. Will definitely stay here again, hopefully longer though as we only got to stay overnight for my daughter's 19th birthday.

We've been coming to PCB for several years now. We've also stayed in multiple units/towers. This was by far the nicest unit we have stayed in. The unit was very clean upon arrival and had all the necessary amenities. I would absolutely stay here again!

The view was amazing.

The only disappointment was the balcony. There was cigarette butts and food. I had to clean it before we could use it. The cushions were falling apart. You might want to let the renters know that they need to supply their toilet paper. We had to go to store to buy some.

Great family condo

This was a great condo for our family, we have a 5 and a 4 year old who love the beach and pool! It was upgraded very well and we loved the gulf view bedroom! Would definitely stay again.

Edgewater Resort Condo

A few hiccups on first day but condo was big and 2 beds in 2nd bedroom was great. Some basics were missing like bath rugs and wash cloths, dish cloths and dish detergents. Would not recommend for small children as no bath tub and lots of decorations to break

We loved the area and the resort itself. The room was very nice. (There were a LOT of decorations). The instructions for check in and departure were clear and simple. We did not feel the communication through the management company was very good. The owner sent us information once it got closer to our date. Overall, we enjoyed it and would go back again!
