This condo has FULLY RENOVATED in 2023 and is brand new construction, furnishings, and finishes! Enjoy the most updated condo at Edgewater Beach Resort, the only full-service resort on the Gulf! Among the upgrades are completely new walls, flooring, paint, quartz countertops in kitchen and bathrooms, new furniture throughout including a dining table that seats 10, new mattresses, new SMART TVs in living room and bedrooms, and even new toilets - ha :-) The colorful Adirondack chairs on the balcony that everyone loves will stay!

Our condo has been updated and decorated in true "beach chic" style and colors. Our condo features TWO master bedrooms, each with king beds, walk-in showers, double vanities, and SMART TV's. The third bedroom features two queen beds and there is an additional queen sleeper sofa for a variety of sleeping combinations for your family or group.

Our updated kitchen has quartz counter tops, designer cabinets, and seating for three bar stools. Our dining room offers seating for 10 with amazing views through the wall-to-celing windows. Relax in the living room and stream your favorites movies on our 70" HDTV or enjoy your iPad on our complimentary WiFi! Or enjoy a cocktail on our wrap-around balcony and take in the dramatic views of the Gulf while seated in an Adirodack chair!

Fall Break

We had a great stay! Condo was nicely done and spacious- anf a great balcony with amazing views. Fridge needs to be repaired/replaced and light bulbs need to be replaced in a couple of key areas (as reported on day 1). They werent repaired during our stay; but we still rate the experience a 5 out of 5. Thanks so much! Hope to be back soon!

Amazing Family Vacation

Our stay started off a little rocky with check-in being late due to miscommunication between maintenance and cleaning crew. The cleaning crew could have done a better job on the floors, but everything else was top notch! Once we were able to get in the condo, the a/c was froze up, but Justin responded quickly and had someone out asap. Once the problem with the a/c was straightened out, the stay was amazing. The condo itself was freshly updated and super comfy. One of my biggest fears is the comfort of the beds; however, that was definitely not a problem. The beds were some of the most comfortable we have slept in. My family spent time on the balcony watching the waves crash on shore and watching the storms roll in. The view from the balcony was amazing. Our family has been going on vacation in Fort Walton and Destin for the past 4 years. This year we decided to move a little further to PCB, and this was our BEST family vacation yet! We look forward to staying at Eleventh Heaven again!

Everything was perfect!

This property is top notch, we did not have a single complaint. The unit is clean and well maintained, with a well stocked kitchen and up to date decor and appliances, This is, by far, the best unit we've stayed in at Edgewater and we've been going there for about 20 years. The owner was fantastic - he was quick to respond to questions and was always courteous and helpful. We would definitely stay in this unit again!

Perfection!!!

I am not sure where to even start. The condo was so nice and clean. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable we have ever slept on. The resort was not busy so we never had to wait for the elevator. The pool area was the nicest I’ve ever seen and the staff was so kind. Having the Oceans Bar & Grill on-site was very convenient. Justin was also very easy to communicate with and helpful with any questions I had. I would definitely book again for any future trips.

Beautiful Condo

This was our families first trip to Panama City and we had an absolute blast The condo was beautiful and Justin was very professional and accommodating! The pool area, beach, bar (excellent run mixers), hot tubs
.all on point with service and access. The resort feels private but also wide open because of easy beach access. Ultimately 
 The condo was the crown jewel, we will definitely stay again and look forward to it!! Absolutely Gorgeous, you will love it and thank me later!!!

Awful place!!!!!!

Gonna be honest had high hopes for this place our room in tower 1 and the ridiculous rules quickly ravaged those hopes.. Our room had no basic amenities such as hair drier ONE ROLL OF TP FOR EACH BATHROOM FOR A 4 day stay No salt pepper etc etc Sliding doors would not latch or seal constant wind coming through and ac could not keep up constant 72 degrees thank god it’s march and not June Also one of my guest got skin irritation from the dirty hot tub on tower 3 Oh and black mold all in one of the closets they must have forgotten to paint over Rented a golf cart for our stay and was told even though we had a second parking pass we could not keep it at our tower in parking lot and we should leave it at the Burger King or somewhere else oh and no first aid kit in our room at all AS WELL AS NO POWER TO OUTLETS IN LIVING ROOM SO NO LIGHTS EITHER you guys should check the owners you have renting out of your resort WILL NOT SPEND 1900 TO STAY HERE AGAIN BEWARE

Great balcony!

Overall, this is a nice beach getaway. Resort is great, views are awesome! The balcony is amazing! Condo needs new housekeepers. Floors had lots of debris in every room. Beds need new mattresses. If the latter issues were addressed, I would definitely stay there again!

Vacation 2022

Lets start by the view as it has a million dollar view and the Balcony area is great but this is were the nice part of this property ends. This property looks a lot better in the pictures than when you get there. In the hallway the drop ceiling really needs an update. The bathrooms has a lot of mold in the showers and and overall just not clean. The beds are not comfortable as all the mattress are really do for some serious upgrades. If this property were to fix all the areas I have mentioned I would stay there again but if not addressed I would definitely not stay.
