Two additional guest bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen, provide ample sleeping arrangements. With a sleeper sofa in the living room, this condo comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. For added convenience, there is parking for up to 4 cars (2 spots in the garage). Located in a central part of Panama City Beach, Vista del Mar I is a 4-plex with amazing gulf views, right across the street from the beach! Beach Access #46 is approximately 50ft from this complex and allows for easy trips to the sugar-white sand beach. As a small 4-unit complex, Vista del Mar I allows for the quiet relaxation that may be harder to achieve at a larger complex.

Short Walk to the Beach 301 is located on the 3rd floor of the 4-plex. For groups that need additional sleeping arrangements, Rest-A-While 201 (2nd Floor), BEST Day 202 (2nd floor), and Ocean Overlook 302 (3rd floor), located in the same 4-plex, can also be rented.

Snowbird Season runs from November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved.
