If you would like to rent our beach home please supply a copy of your license and names/ages of anyone that will be on the property within 12 hours or your reservation will be cancelled. If more than 6 at any time you will be asked to leave, lose your deposit and rent money. From the moment you get out of your vehicle and walk directly in with no steps to the keyless entry door you know you have reached your final destination to relax and let the drive or plane ride dissolve away.

This property features not only a sauna in the master bedroom but a King-size bed in the master and a queen in the guest bedroom, one bed being the adjustable Tempurpedic split king and the other a comfy bed in the box type, kitchen is also furnished with high-end appliances for all of your cookings needs.

Cozy and calming once you pull the see-thru vertical blinds to the beach you know you are at your true getaway. There are many small appliances to use if you enjoy cooking. There is a full washer and dryer. Flat screen TV's in living room and bedrooms. Both bedrooms have a full private bath. Since you are staying in our home you have access to the all our umbrellas, and beach towels. There are sand chairs and other beach supplies stored in the deck box on the patio or in the washroom.
We have added a ring doorbell with camera and 1 Ecco-bee and Nest thermostats.

Great Stay!!! Right on the BeachOver the years I have rented many different homes at the beach and this one was, by far, my favorite. It will be my first choice for future visits. The location is absolutely perfect; away from all of the crowds but conveniently close to restaurants and shopping. Sunsets on the patio were a perfect way to relax and recharge.The home was beautifully decorated, well furnished, clean, and well stocked with everything we needed and more. The attention to detail was amazing. Everyone in my party was impressed with the accommodations. Mary was a perfect host. She is so kind and has excellent communication. I will recommend her to everyone I know and I look forward to my next visit.

We've stayed in several properties from this host and they are always wonderful! Mary is so kind and has excellent communication. This condo has several key upgrades, including wonderful mattresses - which is so helpful for a restful vacation. We love this place, the view, and that we can walk right out the front door and be on the beach. It's so quiet and private in this section of town. We'll be back soon!

Mary was an incredible host. Great communication and extremely accommodating. Her home was perfect and just like the photos. You walk right onto the beach. The water is crystal clear. There are only townhouses or homes, so the beach is not crowded. The house had everything needed for the beach: chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, towels, floats, etc. No need to take up space or get sand in your car! It was also super convenient that a hose was on the porch to rinse feet and chairs. The main king bed was so comfortable too! The kitchen was fully stocked, including an espresso machine, Kureg, and drip coffee machine. The location has two grocery stores in walking distance. Ubers can be taken to restaurants in PCB or 30A. We will definitely be back again!

This property was absolutely perfect for us. From our own private beach to the well-stocked kitchen, all the details made our vacation one to remember. The house was absolutely beautiful! It was close to everything, shopping, food, fishing. You could not ask for a better location. Beautiful Townhouse & Great Owner!

The place is perfectly located on the western end of PCB - front beach road, away from all the madness of PCB. It is so convenient, with parking right in front of the townhouse door. Once inside, it’s decorated beautifully, and everything has a touch of tech. From push button recliners, to lighted mirrors, the adjustable and massaging master bed, and ice machine - just makes vacationing even easier. Then the shower

I could’ve spent hours in the shower after a long day on the beach. It felt so good. Lastly, the sliding door opens to a small patio that’s right on the beach! No climbing stairs, no long boardwalks, no elevator banks! Just step right out onto the sand and enjoy the day at the beach!! It was PERFECT! Very quiet at night, no noise from neighbors, partying teenagers in squatted trucks, etc. It was a wonderful stay! The owner was communicative, responsive and very kind throughout booking, checking in and even after our stay.

This unit has everything you could possibly need. It is beautifully decorated and directly on the beach. It is close to restaurants and shopping. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets await you.
