This two bedroom, two bathroom condo sleeps up to eight guests. The master bedroom features a cozy, king size bed and opens up to your private gulf-front balcony. The second bedroom houses two queen beds. A queen sleeper sofa in the expansive living room means the whole family can unwind after a day spent playing in the waves. Best of all, a large, modern kitchen enables you to save money for fun by preparing your own meals.
The Boardwalk Beach Resort includes:

Splash Zone children’s pool area with interactive water toys
Lavish pool deck
2,500 square foot zero entry pool (heated during winter months)
Two hot tubs

Spring Break 2024
This would be our second time staying at this specific property. The unit was just as described online. Sofa bed definitely needs to be replaced, felt like you were sleeping on the bars itself. The inside of the washer needs to be cleaned, and also the vents in the bathrooms needs to be dusted as well, a clump fell while using the bathroom. It also stated that there are no dogs allowed on property which my son has an allergy and there were multiple dogs walking the property and no one said anything. Food and drinks were good down by the pool, ladies in the corner store to get coffee and other essentials were very pleasant. Would definitely stay again.

Beach Getaway
We had a wonderful time! The property was perfect for our stay - easy access to the beach. Pool/kids splashpad was a nice alternate for young child. Beach and pool were clean and well maintained. Unit was spacious, beautifully decorated and had a gorgeous view. There were dishes, cookware, coffeemaker available. Will need coffee & filters for coffee. Convenient parking lot at property. Only suggestions we have: deep clean (around door handles/living room area rug) after so many guests stay, change out shower curtain liner in bathroom across from kitchen for each reservation, check that shower/tub is draining in each bathroom, and leave an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. We would definitely stay in this unit again - these were just minor things we noticed. Overall, well maintained unit with a beautiful view. Pictures online were exactly what the unit was when we arrived.

Location was great, condo was very nice. Only 4 of us went and had plenty of silverware and dishes but if you have a bigger party you should bring extra. You actually need to bring just about everything you would normally need, trash bags, dish soap, they only provided 1 dish towel and 2 dish wrags and a sponge. 2 things of dishwasher liquid. Beach and pool was great. Beautiful views from balcony of condo as well.

If condos were clean would be great place to stay.
Beautiful condo and property. Beds need replaced, need a vacuum or and dust mop to clean under beds and behind furniture (very dusty/dirty ), need pot holders( none in unit) dryer took forever to dry clothes. I also had another unit which was dusty/dirty also and beds need replaced and master bedroom always hot. Booked 1st condo thru Royal American 2nd thru VRBO. Employees were great. But will not do a return booking.
