This house was perfect. We had 6 families and it was great for us. The location to the beach was great and the kids loved having the pool right out the back door. We loved every second of it!

Steps away from beach

We loved the location being close to the beach was such a perk. The property manager was responsive for the most part and answered all my questions quickly.when we came there was sand all over the floor so that was a little annoying since we pay for cleaning service and had to run through the place on our own. The upstairs toilets were faulty and our dishwasher would take multiple cycles to clean. Other than some. Plenty of room for all our family members to stay in one house. The kitchen was stocked with all the cooking items that we needed which was super helpful.

Neighborhood Vacation Trip

We loved the property and everything it had to offer. We stayed at the house mainly since we had double or single red flags most of our stay. We enjoyed staying in the pool or hot tub. Our trip was to celebrate our 18 year olds who have grown up together in the same neighborhood and that just graduated and are able to leave for the military. Absolutely recommend this property! Thanks for some amazing memories!

This was my first time bringing my softball team down. The house was in a great location very close to a lot of things. There were a few concerns with cleanliness because of stains on the bed sheet. But other than that it was great. Communication with the property was very easy and they responded very quickly.

Warren Rentals was absolutely wonderful! Toes in the Sand was a nice house but we did not have working cable nor Wifi the whole week, Wi-Fi guy came out on Wednesday but could not get it working. Killed one roach in upstairs bedroom. Gas company dug up beach accesses we where using. The slatted doors to the air return very dusty, I cleaned upstairs one. All rooms need celling fans- bedrooms hot. Sand in bed sheets first night. Pool not cleaned til Wednesday, never heard the pool pump come on, did not have a pool light but had wires hanging in the pool for lights. The lock on pool not working.
