The location of the property is excellent. A short walk to the beach, restaurants and stores. It is a good size for a family. My only complaint is that a new cleaning service is needed. The second bedroom was not vacuumed as indicated by popcorn under the bed. There was a candle top left behind the night stand and swimshorts or undewear (not sure which) left on the ground of the back porch, so we decided not to use that area. Some of the throw pillows on the couch had stains on the back.

Wonderful stay!

This house was the perfect spot for our family of 5. The location was perfect, easy to get to, close to the beach, and close to where we played our baseball tournament. I’d highly recommend.

Great location

One block from the beach. Clean house but has musky wet odor. Everything worked fine. Close to Winn Dixie and CVS. Easy check- in. Good communication. Does have a pull out couch. Very close to other homes. Parking for only two cars. Would recommend.

Almost ideal

The property was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing that was not as ideal as we had hoped was that although we were in our own place, the houses were very close to each other and the walls were quite thin so we could hear everything going on next door at all times and our next door neighbors were quite loud and up quite late. Not the fault of the house or host, for sure, but it did detract a bit from the overall experience. Otherwise, the location was really good. It was easy to walk to the beach and to the grocery so we rarely had to use the car once we got there!

Great location

Location was great nice little complex. Only complaint was the air was off when we arrived at 5pm. It was 85 inside and we didn’t have parking passes but that didn’t seem to be an issue. Would stay again!

My stay at this property was very nice

I had a great experience staying at the property, it was very nice and clean and we did not have any issues and the property manager was very nice and checked daily to see if it was anything she could do to make the trip definitely will rent again.

AWESOME

House was AWESOME, just as described. Property manager was AWESOME, Maintenance guy was AWESOME (had a issue with oven and it was fix the next morning) Neighborhood was clean, safe and quiet This area of beach access was perfect and not crowed at all Easy access to back beach road. Next time we are in Panama we will book this same house.

Wonderful Family Vacation

The entire renting/check in /check out process was easy. We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and well stocked. There was not a grill so we purchased a small one and left for the next guest to enjoy. The location was very good and my kids loved having a pool so close.

Perfect location and home away from home!

Loved our stay at PCB!

We had a amazing time during our recent trip to PCB. The townhouse was clean, adorable and exactly how it was described in the listing. A pool was directly across from us, plus the short walk to the beautiful beach was the BEST!!! Our host Raleigh, was so great and just a call/message away and always replied promptly. We went to Pier Park and Shipwreck Island and many more activities during our stay. I definitely recommend staying here! Thanks for having us Raleigh.

Convenient beach getaway

The owner was very helpful. The location is conveniently located across the street from the beach. There are two parking places in front, perfect for me. It is located directly across from one of the two pools on property.. Overall it was exactly what I needed for my getaway!
