This stunning renovated 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo on the 14th floor of The Watercrest in Panama City Beach, FL, offers breathtaking Gulf-front views and luxurious coastal living. Spanning a spacious layout, the unit features an open-concept design with floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light and showcase the pristine white sand beaches and emerald waters.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, granite countertops, and ample cabinet space, perfect for entertaining. The expansive living and dining areas lead to a private balcony, ideal for enjoying spectacular sunsets and the sound of the waves.

Each bedroom is generously sized, with the primary and secondary suites boasting direct balcony access, breathtaking views, spacious closets, and en-suite bathrooms and a walk-in shower. Both spacious master suites have beautifully tiled walk-in showers and the third bathroom has a tub and shower combination. The private covered balcony with 3 sets of sliding glass doors offer access to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico with ample seating from both master bedrooms or den. This 1,440 sq. ft. condo has new floors and new granite countertops with fresh paint throughout.

The Watercrest is a premier Gulf-front resort with top-notch amenities, including a beachfront pool, hot tub, fitness center, tennis courts, and direct beach access. Located on the east end of Panama City Beach, it provides a perfect balance of relaxation and convenience, just minutes from top dining, shopping, and entertainment options.

Resort charges $50 registration fee (per vehicle, plus tax and fees). Max of 2 vehicles for the main lot. 3rd vehicle can park in overflow lot (first come, first serve) and is a $75 fee. Link will be sent via email once reservation is paid in full.
Must be at least 25 years old to book.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was a good experience. The bathrooms could have been cleaner. Found some mold in the showers.

The place is nice and we enjoyed the stay. the reason why I gave this a 4 is because whoever does the cleaning need to clean a little better it was very dusty and the floors were not cleaned very well one room had dried stuff on the wall and one bathroom had hair in the sink the counter tops was not cleaned. The host was very nice and the place is beautiful like I said the only problem I had was the cleaning situation when you have to pay that type of cleaning fee people expect it to be cleaned properly we will rant does condo again and future stays

The location was great, beautiful condo and very comfy bed. Bathrooms not well stocked, condo was grimy, and I had to clean before our stay. Dishtowels were just dried and not washed so they were gross and smelly. You have a beautiful place, and you should know that your cleaners should do better. I understand its the end of the season and good cleaners are hard to find. Some cleaning supplies should be accessible, just in case..

Lacking essentials/issues with appliances

On entering, living area much smaller than in advertisement. One king bedroom had absolutely no where to store our clothes. Lived out of our suitcases all week.Stove had issues turning off and fridge wouldn’t cool real well. Contacted them to give us a dresser. Didn’t happen. Bald old man in charge of our chairs was rude. Shouldn’t be dealing with public if that matters.Otherwise, beautiful view, close to beach, comfortable beds.

The property and condo were nice and convenient location. I don’t rate as a five star because the beds had a flat sheet as the fitted sheet and did not have a top sheet. Of course we didn’t realize until time to go to bed on Saturday(day of arrival). The management company does not answer calls on Sunday except for emergencies only. On Monday, I called twice and the proper sheets were brought to us Monday night. This may seem petty to some but two nights of wrestling with a flat sheet without a top sheet, didn’t provide good night sleeps. Other than that, great condo and would stay at Watercrest again.
