ABOUT THE HOME: Come coast your way around 30A! Free Wheelin is the perfect spot for your family getaway. This home has all new furnishings, brand new interior paint, lighting, and more! Located in the heart of Seacrest Beach, Free Wheelin offers 1 King bedroom with its own ensuite, a bunk room with 1 full and 2 twins with an adjoining bathroom, and a spacious King Master suite at the end of the hall! Right when you walk in, you will be blown away by the spacious and beautifully decorated living area. This home is one level, so it is perfect for multiple generations!

ABOUT THE AREA: Seacrest Beach is one of the most charming coastal communities that sits on 30A nestled between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Within the Seacrest community, there is a private deeded beach! Also, a couple blocks away sits the largest resort style family-friendly pool in Northern Florida with over 12,000 square feet of crystal-clear water.

AMENITY ACCESS: In order to park and have access to Seacrest Beach amenities, guests are required to complete the online Seacrest Beach HOA Guest Registration packet, prior to their arrival. A link will be sent after the reservation is made. Upon arrival, you can pick up your parking passes and wristbands at the Guest Service Window by the lagoon pool. Guests can enter the lagoon area amenity complex at any of the six gates. There will be a queue outside of the Guest Services office marked by safety yellow beach umbrellas.

*** Attention Guests, please note that there is an additional fee of $2 per day per guest staying at this property in Seacrest Beach. We are required by the Seacrest Beach HOA to collect this fee in order for you to stay in this community and use their amenities. We will collect this fee prior to your arrival.

BEACH ACCESS: Seacrest Beach community features a private beach on the south side of 30A. There are tram stops though out the community that operate on demand. Upon entering the beach to the left (east), there is onsite chair rental service. La Dolce Vita is the exclusive provider at Seacrest Beach. Guests may bring their own chairs to the beach for set up on the right (west) side of the beach. Prohibited items at the private beach access: wagons, wheeled coolers, tents, and canopies.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

We had a wonderful time at this property, from the moment we stepped in, we were happy with the brightness, the cleanliness. Having bikes available right on the property was so convenient and easy. We would definitely book again!

Great Family Stay

We had an amazing stay at Free Wheelin’ this week! The location of the property is perfect, so many things in a walking/biking distance! Plenty to see, do, eat etc
 Pool in the neighborhood was fantastic and the beach was easy to access just wish the beach trams ran a little later in the evenings. Overall we loved it and will be back!

Too crowded

Pros: The house was clean and beautiful. The property management company had excellent communication. Very easy to work with. Cons: The community where this home is located has been overbuilt and cannot accommodate all the people staying there. For example, the beach access the home is assigned to (where the shuttle drops you off) is tiny. You won’t get a spot on the beach unless you claim it at 6 am. We tried at 8 am and were too late for the 4th row. Umbrellas and elbows are touching with strangers. We literally witnessed a fight over beach space. Same thing with the pool. We *stood* for an hour waiting for a chair to open up and finally just left. Go to the pool after 4:30 pm and you can sit down. They overbuilt the homes but left the amenities behind. FYI, you are not allowed to enter the “Village” pool that is closest to this property. Only the “Lagoon” pool is available to you. It’s a bit farther and bigger, but again too small for the amount of people trying to sit. Also, this house is too far to walk to the beach if you are carrying chairs, a cooler, and are juggling smaller children or a grandparent. Going around the shuttle availability is a must. One day, they just shut down altogether even though it was sunny most of the day. Maybe the off season is better, but if you’re looking for a *summer* beach trip, this spot is frustrating. I felt exhausted on vacation from the amount of finagling/teeing up we had to do. We were disappointed it wasn’t more relaxing.

Perfect Wedding Weekend

It was so clean and so perfect for my daughter and her closest friends to stay together for her wedding. The girls loved getting ready together. And the house was the most perfect size. The 30a beach girls were so accommodating and gave all the information we needed.

Beautiful home in a convenient location!

This property was beautifully decorated and felt comfy. The family room is huge for a 3 bedrm home with plenty of seating for everyone. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Home was very clean. Location was an easy walk to beach, pool, the small square area and Rosemary Beach. They also have a tram that will pick you up at your home if you call and drop you off at the beach, pool or shops. Super convenient and easy to use. Tram spot was in front of our house. A few things to note - there is no place to park bikes or leave beach wagons at the beach entrance so it is best to walk or take tram and golf carts are not allowed in Seacrest. Bikes are nice for riding around Seacrest or Rosemary or Alys beach. Also, the beach area designated to Seacrest is not very large, with private beaches on either side, however, we had no trouble finding a spot each day and my teens seemed to find a place to skim board and throw the football. Several good restaurants within walking distance - Pizza By the Sea, BBB (Big Bad Breakfast), George's and many more. Ice cream & live entertainment at night in square area as well. We typically stay in Watercolor, but this was a nice change and we thought it seemed less crowded and quieter than Seaside/ Watercolor. The management company was great/responsive and hosted a bonfire on the beach a few nights we were there with smores and cornhole - we attended one and watched the sunset w/ the kids. This home is also pet friendly and I have a small hypoallergenic dog and am allergic to most other dogs - my allergies were fine in the home which was a relief. The back patio faces a fenced in yard area where you can let your pet out if you want. The only comment I would have is that the master bedroom mattress was a little lumpy. It seemed like a good quality mattress with a foam pad on top which I had to remove b/c I need a firm mattress for my bad back. If you remove that, you can feel the lumps. My kids enjoyed the ping pong table in the garage which I didn't even know about. Overall, it was a nice trip and we enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend this home to others!
