Everything was nice, clean, & as expected. Staff was always friendly & helpful. Only thing I would change is updating room furniture & mattresses are not real comfortable. They need to be replaced.

I booked 3 rooms for 2 days with Kitchen but during check in they gave 2 rooms only with kitchen and 1 without. Also Hotel mentioned that they did not receive the amount from Expedia so they charged me for 3 rooms again during check out. The front desk said it was for deposit but it has been 15 days, I still did not receive the deposit yet. Horrible experience wrt payments & deposit. However rooms were clean & good, hence I gave only 2 stars for that.

The room was big and clean, and the front desk people were kind. However, I wish I got a room in the main hotel that had a lobby. My room was across the street, so it was a bit inconvenient having to cross the busy street to get to my room. I also had to go to the main lobby across the street to get water each time, which was tiresome.

I was really expecting a nicer room, but it was ok. Upon check-in i was expecting to pay only the balance. Well needless to say that isnt what was charged to my account. I did not appreciate that at all. Didnt have enough towels our room was never cleaned while we were there. I was just expecting something a little different.

Worst experience with staff. Checked in at 5.30am, but still they didn't let me checkout 30 mins late though many of the rooms are empty and its off season, and insisted me to vacate sharp at 10am saying extra charges for any additional late stay beyong 10am. Absolutely NOT worth spending so much money for this hotel where absolutely no courtesy or willingness to help at all. I do NOT recommend this hotel.
