The food options in Ibiza were the best out of the other eating areas within hotel . Also the customers service within the pool side eating was GREAT. Samuel and James were above and beyond with great customer service .

The way I was treat at the breakfast counter was the worse in my 50 years of traveling, the host was ignorant and arrogant she also spoke to two other girls that they ware supervising. I always put two persons per room somehow the hotel just put 1 went I went to breakfast with my attorney I was informed in a inappropriate way as far nasty I had to paid for the other person, in which I din't have any problem doing so, however the way they conduct customer service is far from poor is the worse I spoke to one of the managers and informed her the in the future my group of 6 person 6 room they will not stay there ever again , nothing to do with price or not of a breakfast whatsoever, is just the attitude as how you address their customer and make them feel unwelcome.

The room itself was clean, and the location was great close to everything. However, there were a few things I didn’t enjoy. The hallways had a mildew smell, which was unpleasant. The pool is also quite small and there’s no jacuzzi. Another inconvenience was the towel policy; only one towel per person felt a bit unreasonable. My biggest issue, though, was with the front desk. When I called to ask if there were any English channels available on the TV, a staff member named Luis responded with a rude remark, saying, “This is Latin America, what do you expect?” I travel often, and even in Mexico there are English and Spanish channels, so his attitude felt unnecessary and unprofessional. There were only two English channels available, which was disappointing. Overall, my stay was okay, but because of these issues especially the customer service I’m not sure I would return.
