"Front desk staff was very warm, supportive, and solutions-oriented. It was especially nice to have sliding glass and screen doors to an outside porch, which I used every day. It was inconvenient to have to walk through the hotel to the Hilton to use the fitness area, though I was grateful for the backup option while maintenance happened on the Marriott fitness room. I plan to return here."

"After reviewing prices; looking at reviews; my son (and I) agreed this was a better option than others in the area. Once we got to the hotel; we both (plus my wife) considered this a very good/excellent choice. This Baymont is in the process of changing the mattresses and we had such a room. Everything worked in the room we got; meaning maintenance was high. The negative was wife finding someone else's hair in her made bed (don't know if hair was housekeepers or didn't get cleaned during wash or what and at full bathtub water pressure (maximum drain requirement); water would slowly build up in the tub. How did we resolve both situations? Since I saw someone post about the sheets and I like my own stuff; we brought some sheets with us. How did we resolve the water issue; lowered the amount of water coming in from the shower by a small bit. For us; this room had no other issues we were aware of and the staff helped us get around the area and helped where they could. Business Center computer is slow and staff will print small things for you. One more important thing; everyone slept well that night. With that; would i go there again with my family; solid Yes. There are few; if any, perfect rooms in my years of travel. This was significantly better than average and exceeded our needs."
