Room is clean and staff was accommodating but some kind of domestic disturbance with what I think was another guest caused some concern very early in the morning

I had requested a quiet room. Our room had the swimming pool on one side and extremely loud, rude guests on the other. I called the front desk at midnight. After that, they turned on the TV & became louder and more disruptive. This went on all night. When I asked in the morning for some compensation, I was told only Expedia can help me. After traveling through terrible, winter weather to our destination and not getting any rest or sleep, we will never stay at any of these hotels again. Those noisy guests should have been relocated.
