I looked online for a inexpensive room with two beds. I was looking for a space that was clean and safe. I thought i would give it a try. From the moment i walked in i was greeted by the staff. She took my information and was like your in the system. Then there was a problem with their system she immediately calls for help and apologized for the inconvenience. I was able to do a late checkout as well. My room was clean and roomy. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were soft, We slept like a dream. They have 2 elevators but only one was working. that was no problem and it did seem a little old but overall it was ok for the price and its right off the highway. Oh and the breakfast was good as well. They waffles, cereal, muffins and bagels that were actually fresh and soft and more. For the price its worth it.

Great price for the hotel. It has nice updated lobby with modern touches. Rooms are comfortable . The mattress provided excellent support and a great nights rest. I assume they were recently updated. The sheets were clean and pillows felt great to sleep on. Staff was pleasant.

Well, a little upset because I went downstairs and there’s a sign stating that there will be no electric in this hotel from 8 AM till 2 PM meaning no hot water and no light. And they knew this since last night they told me so wouldn’t they give their guests a heads up before checking in? If I knew this I would’ve went to another hotel. I need to let in the morning to get ready. Smh

We had to last minute find a hotel that was pet friendly during a booked weekend in Erie. The staff was friendly. The bathroom floor looked as it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The glazing was missing from the bathtub. Dirt marks across the wall. The toilet paper roll was missing. It was survivable but I definitely wouldn’t stay again.

They block access to internet on the tv so you can only watch old tv channels . And that gives it a negative point. So I don’t recommend this place not to mention rooms look cheap

Ok experience

Was an ok experience. The woman that checked us in and ran breakfast was amazing. Very friendly and efficient. The older gentleman at the desk at night not so much. Definitely does not have any customer service skills and should not work with your guests that stay there. Was rude when I was paying and when I said have a good night he said I won’t. Really??? Might want to reconsider. one of our friends that was with us that has an ethnic background and when we went to go buy snacks at night the man checked to make sure his bill was real. Didn’t do anything to anyone else The cleanliness of the beds was not so good.
