Everything about this property exceeded expectations. Right off the highway exit; easy parking; friendly staff; clean common areas and impeccably clean room; wonderful hot breakfast with constant re-fresh of menu items by multiple serving staff. Did not use the pool, but it appeared clean and scrubbed. The stay could not have been any better for the reasonable price.

Excellent motel! Even had a water park and hot tub! Very fruenfly staff. Even brought tea to my room when none was available in the lobby! One suggestion: Basically no area in the bathroom to put toiletries, etc. I found that very awkward.

Stayed for one night on the way to Niagara Falls. Had a great experience. About a 25 minute drive from Erie. 1.5 hour drive to Niagara. Pool and hot tub were great! Clean and comfy room. Free coffee prior to breakfast opening at 6 am. Breakfast was excellent with many options. Would highly recommend and would stay again.
