I liked the scenic location on the water. Front desk staff very friendly and explained everything about the hotel. My room was clean and spacious when I entered. I origionally staying alone but my grand and her children needed a place so I share room with them. What I didn't like: I know limited contact because of covid but even if room is not cleaned everyday, beds not made,same towels for 3 days; thought trash would be at least removed at least every other day. I would recommend this hotel; that was my only complaint.

They use COVID as an excuse not to clean your room, change your sheets, empty your trash, or give you fresh towels. They still charge you full price. Parking is expensive. Staff are rude.

Erie, PA is a hidden gem! The bayfront has so much to offer! Loved the view from the room! Make sure you eat at the restaurant on the rooftop of this hotel! The view was amazing and the food was beyond outstanding!
