"I stayed at this hotel in Bragança and had a very disappointing experience. The air conditioning was nonexistent, which made the summer heat unbearable. I got stuck in the elevator for a few minutes, and the hallway lights on my floor were off at night, which felt unsafe. The TV signal kept cutting in and out, and to make things worse, the gym was advertised as free, but they charged for access after 6 PM—something they don’t mention upfront. While the staff were friendly and the room was clean, the hotel is in poor condition overall. Cleanliness alone doesn’t make up for the lack of basic amenities. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, especially during the warmer months."
