The 2-bedroom apartment of 35 m2 is located in a quiet and charming pedestrian street in the Latin Quarter, near rue Mouffetard and Place Contrescarpe.

It has been completely renovated and furnished Design.

The apartment is located on the second level, easily accessible by stairs, very bright and overlooks a private garden courtyard.

It is fully equipped with Air Conditioning

It also includes a private cellar in the basement, convenient for storing suitcases and other bulky items.

The apartment has a bedroom (with a large bed 140 cm) opening onto a quiet courtyard, a living room with a leather sofa convertible into a second double bed, chairs, tables, ottomans, a bathroom with shower, sink, and storage space and a modular table for meals. There are a lot of cupboards.

The kitchen is open to the living room and equipped with a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and tumble dryer, a ceramic hob, a fridge and a freezer.

Terrific Place in Latin Quarter

My husband and I really enjoy our stay with Daniel. He is an excellent host, informative, thoughtful and responsive. The apartment while small it’s quite comfortable for two people. It’s accessible to cafes, bakeries, and vibrant night lives of the Latin Quater. We spent one week in this location and would recommend it to our friends!

Daniel was very responsive and attentive. He gave clear and thorough instructions. Daniel gave a recommendation for cab rides which was very helpful. The apartment is very quiet and in a perfect location for a tourist in Paris---close to metro, close to a grocery, close to a typical market. The apartment had lots of books/maps etc to help. The apartment is clean, but does need a "refresh"--on the couch the pillows' covering was cracking, tape was used on parts of the couch, the bed pillows were flat and small. It was good to have the "starter" toiletries and coffee etc--made our arrival less stressful.

Great location but disappointed overall

To be honest we were disappointed overall. It is a great location and quiet street with terrific choice of restaurants cafes and bars. Rue Moufetard is wonderful. However the apartment is not as described and it looks like the renovation must have been quite a while ago. The apartment needs maintenance and a thorough clean everywhere which does not appear to be happening. Clutter need to be discarded to make more room in drawers and cupboards, the apartment thoroughly scrubbed and freshened up to ensure everything is clean, untensils and crockery sorted and replaced, broken handles seats bins etc repaired. Probably VRBO need to ensure what is described is accurate so renters feel an apartment is value for money which we did not think was the case. Daniel was helpful, efficient and in contact.

Disappointing

We cannot recommend this property to other travelers. Daniel did not meet us upon arrival, and it took at least 30 minutes to release the key from the key box. There were dishes encrusted with eggs in the dishwasher. We had to manually wash silverware, mugs, and glassware before using. There was rotting fruit in the refrigerator. A fine grit covered the flat surfaces and floors. We discovered tiny insects on the sofa. After a week or so we saw itchy bites on our skin. Daniel refused to help us with the problem and suggested that we carried the bugs into the space ourselves. But we spent two separate week-or-more long trips elsewhere in Europe where the bites disappeared and we saw no new ones. Upon returning to this space, we saw the bugs and new bites within 48 hours. We suffered through the rest of our stay without being able to sit and relax on the couch. All we can say that is positive is that the water pressure is good and the location very good. But during a second consecutive shower, we always ran out of hot water. Be aware of these issues before booking.

Great little place close to everything

We booked This little place for a month January/February 2022. Daniel was amazing to deal with. He provided a lot of information and was very helpful on many topics. Very close to Metro stations however we only used for Versailles and the airport as we walked everywhere. You are about 5 from the Eiffel Tower/arc de Triomph, 2.5 to the Louvre. Lots and lots of shopping close and we preferred to shop at the Intermarket as the selection was better. There is a closer market about a 2 minute walk. Mouffetard is a one minute walk where you can get almost everything you need with lots of fish mongers, cheese mongers, fruits and vegetable stands and bakeries. More restaurants than you can imagine. The washer/dryer served us very well. The induction oven/microwave worked well. You have plenty of dishes (but a suggestion would be to have lids for some of the pots that actually fit. There is actually no fireplace and there was not a cell phone provided. The bed was quite comfortable although the bedroom room is very small. The living area floor is very squeaky but after a month we got used to it. The couch was is great shape and comfortable. Upon request, Daniel did pick up a SIM card for us which was €30 for 30 days unlimited. This was the best investment we made for our trip! Would definitely recommend this place. Daniel was amazing! Thank Daniel. When we return to Paris we will definitely stay again!

SituĂ© dans une rue piĂ©tonne donc calme dans un quartier trĂšs agrĂ©able prĂšs de la place de la Contrescarpe et de la rue Mouffetard. Tout est Ă  la portĂ©e de la main Ă©picerie, restaurants , mĂ©tro boulangeries.L’appartement est bien meublĂ© et joliment dĂ©corĂ©. La seule chose qui nous a manquĂ© c’est la climatisation dĂ» Ă  la chaleur intense qui a durĂ© plusieurs jours Heureusement, il y avait le ventilateur qui avait du mal Ă  nous rafraĂźchir....

Nous avons bien apprĂ©ciĂ© les petites attentions du propriĂ©taire (quelques pampers de secours, des jouets de bĂ©bĂ©, du savon et shampoing et de l'huile/vinaigre etc). Excellent séjour à Paris

Appartement trÚs agréable et bien équipé. TrÚs bien situé, dans une rue calme et tout prÚs de commerces, restaurants...Quartier du 5Úme attrayant et trÚs vivant. Métro à deux pas ou 20 minutes à pied de Notre Dame. Tout ce qu'il faut pour un petit en-cas en arrivant bien appréciable. TrÚs bien accueillis par Daniel. Nous recommandons cet appartement. C'est Si Bon! 13 Rue Rollin Paris

J'ecris en anglais: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 13 Rue Rollin! The owner, Daniel Lippera, was very attentive and detail oriented: he has thought of the little things that make a big difference for a stay, and he does a wonderful job of orienting you to the apartment and area. The flat itself is wonderfully quiet, and is walking distance from just about anything you'd want to see, and/or the metro to get to places further away. The washer-dryer was a very much appreciated feature for us, as we had been traveling for a couple of weeks at that point. Nearby, both the boulanger on the Place de Escarpe and L'Essential, around the corner, were wonderful for breakfast goodies! We enjoyed the Brassierie Balzar, recommended to us by friends, but you do need to make a reservation there. It was a short pleasant walk away. Pausing for an aperitif at Oulala on the Place de Escarpe was the enjoyable start of an evening. The Luxembourg Gardens are, of course, a delightful outing, especially on a weekend when families are busy enjoying activities they have enjoyed there for years/decades/centuries. And then, returning to this comfortable, nicely set up apartment at the end of the day allows you to rest up for the next days! Merci Daniel: we hope to be back soon!

My husband and I stayed in this apartment, it was absolutely gorgeous and in a beautiful Central position, although still very quiet...also had a very secure entry... Daniel was there to meet us, he was a darling, so helpful, showed us around the apartment...we would recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Paris...will certainly stay again !!!!

Clean and modern apartment in Latin Quarter

Location: PERFECT!! It is so convenient to all the major attractions: Nortre Dame Cathedral, the Louvre, Luxemburg, etc all 20 minutes around via public transportation. Eat: many bakeries within walking distance, restaurants. Apartment: Modern, clean decoration, clean and well maintained! The pulled out leather sofa is working great and good. Kitchen: has everything, even we did not have time to cook at all. Sufficient dishes for use, and a Nespresso machine.There is a washer/dryer in the kitchen too. Owner: WONDERFUL! Daniel is so friendly, very kind and easy to communicate. Our luggage was delayed and we had to go to the airport to pick up it the afternoon before we left to Germany. I could not book a a taxi and Daniel helped me to get a driver to send us back and forth with discount rate. I cannot say enough thanks to Daniel! Great for family of 4 to stay! We hope we will come to Paris again and will surely stay in this amazing apartment! Thank you Daniel again!!

Very conveniently located. Bright apartment, well furnished with everything we needed. We could freely phone home and also had a mobile with Internet that was useful around Paris. Daniel received us with attention, was careful and was always happy to help. We are a family of four and will be glad to make it again. We highly recommended it. Thank you very much, Daniel!

Tolle Wohnung mit allem was man braucht und mehr!

Wir blicken auf ein sehr schönes Silvester 2014/15 zurĂŒck! Wir wurden von Fleur, die uns im Auftrag des Vermieters alles zeigte und die SchlĂŒssel ĂŒbergab, herzlich empfangen. Sie war wĂ€hrend unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes fĂŒr uns bei Fragen per Email/Handy erreichbar. Selbst Daniel (Vermieter) rief uns am Ankunftsabend an, um sich zu erkundigen, ob bei uns alles in Ordnung sei. Das Appartement liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. In die Wohnung gelangt man mithilfe von 2 TĂŒrcodes ĂŒber eine schmale Wendeltreppe. Die Wohnung ist schön hell, sehr modern eingerichtet und hat alles was ein gemĂŒtliches Appartement in Paris braucht. Es liegt sehr zentral im 5. Arrondissement, fußlĂ€ufig befindet sich ein Carrefour und diverse typisch franz. SpezialitĂ€tengeschĂ€fte (Boulangerie, Fleischer, FischgeschĂ€fte, GemĂŒselĂ€den, etc.). 3x pro Woche findet auf dem "Place De Monge" (5min entfernt) ein kleiner Markt statt, auf dem es viele Köstlichkeiten gibt. Auch sind viele super Restaurants in unmittelbarer NĂ€he (rund um den "Place de la Contrescarpe")! Die Metro-Stationen "Monge" und "Cardinal Lemoine" sind keine 5min entfernt. Alles in unserer Herberge war durchdacht. - Selbst das Sofa im Wohnzimmer lĂ€sst sich mit ein wenig Geschick zu einem gr. Doppelbett ausziehen, sodass auf jeden Fall genug Platz fĂŒr 4 Personen ist. Die KĂŒche ist, wenn auch sehr klein, perfekt ausgestattet. - Es fehlte wirklich nichts! Angefangen bei einer Kaffee- sowie Nespresso-Maschine ĂŒber einen Multifunktionsherd (Induktionskochfeld / Mikrowelle & Grill im Backofen integriert), ausreichend Besteck & Geschirr, mehreren Pfannen & Töpfen bis hin zu einer Auflaufform - es gibt alles was das Chefkoch-Herz begehrt. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Dusche, einem Waschbecken inkl. gr. Unterbauschubladen sowie natĂŒrlich auch einem WC ausgestattet. FĂŒr warmes Wasser gibt es einen großen Vorratsspeicher, der definitiv fĂŒr die Duscharien von 3 ausgewachsene Germanen ausreicht. Weiterhin gibt es noch ein sehr kleines, schön eingerichtetes Schlafzimmer mit einem bequemen Doppelbett. - HandtĂŒcher & BettwĂ€sche sind in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Zu guter Letzt sei festgehalten, dass ein Festnetz-Telefonanschluss (mit Europa-Flat & schnellem WLAN) im Mietpreis ebenso enthalten ist, wie auch ein Smartphone mit Europa-Telefonie & Internet-Flat fĂŒr unterwegs. - Dies stellte sich in unserem Fall als super MEHRWEHRT heraus! Fazit: Ein super angenehmer Aufenthalt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!
