l'une des plus belle rue de Paris.

Notre bùtiment a été complÚtement nettoyé en 2010.

L'appartement est d'environ 580 pieds carrés avec une chambre (170 pieds carrés) et une salle de séjour (210 pieds carrés) et une salle à manger séparée (100 pieds carrés).

Il est au premier étage avec un escalier large et élégant.

L'appartement murs blancs a été entiÚrement rénové en 2010 avec les vieilles poutres du XVIIIe siÚcle dans toutes les piÚces.

L'appartement donne sur une grande cour, trÚs propre, il est trÚs calme, il est exposé au nord, mais trÚs clair, puisque tous les murs sont blancs.

Toutes les fenĂȘtres sont en double vitrage.

La chambre a un lit double (king size) qui peuvent ĂȘtre 2 lits simples (2x90) sur demande.La cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e. Le salon est comporte un grand canapĂ©, 3 fauteuils stressless, une grande tĂ©lĂ©vision, une chaĂźne Wi-Fi avec une belle collection de CD de musique classique
Le décor est trÚs confortable.

Superbe!

El apartamento estĂĄ ubicado en una zona increĂ­ble, llena de vida, en pleno barrio VIeme. Todo queda a la mano. De fĂĄcil acceso, elevador, tiene todo lo que necesita y 
 mĂĄs! Limpio, cuidado, casi perfecto. Tanto la dueña como la portera son realmente muy amables. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. Mi yija y yo quedamos fascinadas.

The Heart of Odeon

We had a fantastic stay. This central location provided easy access to all major sites with a fun community of food locations for people watching and good variety of tastings.The TV didn't work for us but we weren't interested in watching it since experiencing Paris was much more important.Bath soaps and paper towels were absent and required a quick trip to a local market.Since the location was an easy walk to all places, we really enjoyed the central location and ease.

Lovely Stay

We stayed 4 nights in Paris- my sister and daughter. We very much enjoyed our stay. The apartment is clean and spacious enough for the 3 of us. It was very hot but the fans helped in the evening a lot. Good location. Close to restaurants and the Metro. Would stay again.

Lovely apartment in the core of the 6th with ready walking access to all of the Notre Dame, Louvre, Pantheon and Musee d'Orsay neighborhood activities and restaurants. Very responsive host and local contact. Lots of room, easy to get established and has a long highly informed list of local establishments and treats! Will definitely stay there again!

Perfect Location

This apartment was located conveniently to most things we wanted, and there was a taxi rank 100 yards from our door. The place has authentic ancient building features which makes it feel like romantic Paris. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower ample, and the living and dining rooms were well laid out. The only significant downside was the smallness of the kitchen, but we made it work. The woman who checked us in could not have been nicer! We had a difficult time making the lock work and she came back with WD-40, and it worked perfectly. She lived in the neighborhood and we ran into her on the street and she gave us shopping tips. All in all it was an excellent choice.

Fabulous host, apartment and location.

This apt is fully equipped - the host has thought of everything. It is very quiet, bright and comfortable and the location is perfect --- is close to all transportation, restaurants and shops. The owner is very responsive and there is someone living in the building who will let you in, show you the apt and is available if needed. Our nine nights just flew by ! We hope to return someday.

Quiet and comfortable!

We had a lovely visit to Paris, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Francine's Paris aparment. It was quiet, clean, and looked like the photos. While it was only one flight of stairs to get to th apartment, we appreciated being able to send our luggage up on the elevtor. The building is secure, and on a less busy street, with everything you might need close by. Perfect location!

Wonderful to stay in an apartment in a 17th century building. A perfect location that invited us to explore the magic of Paris on foot and feel as if we were local Parisians. Perfect location and apartment for our Paris trip. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and within walking distance of the main sites. Especially enjoyed only being about five minutes away from the Luxembourg Gardens. Check-in and communication was easy. Definitely recommended.

Location, Cleanliness, Comfort - All Great!

We stayed here in mid-April, 2024, initially chosen for its location. We've been to Paris 30+ times, and always stay in Saint Germain. Location couldn't be better. The apartment was extremely clean, and full of everyday living amenities. The king size bed was very comfortable, and should be to everyone's liking: not too hard; not too soft. Since the apartment overlooks the courtyard, it is very quiet. Communication with Francine was excellent. We look forward to staying here again, at the perfect home away from home.

St Germain Gem

This is our second stay in this quiet romantic flat. Perfect location to visit our favorite restaurants in St Germain and the Latin District. Close to metro makes all of Paris quite accessible. Hope to stay here again some day.

Three adults stayed here for 6 nights, taking advantage of the sofa bed for one person. Everyone was comfortable. The apartment was well equipped with everything you would need. And very quiet. On first floor, with a great elevator! It is also in a perfect location for transportation, restaurants, cafes, and stores. We were very comfortable. The apartment owner was very helpful and showed us the place, as the manager was ill.

Comfortable Apartment in Great Location

My husband and I have visited Paris many times to visit our daughter. This is the first time we stayed in the sixiÚme. The apartment is well-located on a nice street with many good restaurants and nice shops nearby and close to Odeon métro stop. And, of course, Jardin du Luxembourg is right there. The apartment was clean and comfortable and very quiet. We had a very pleasant stay!
