Beautiful renovated apartment near Place Des Vosges
The size of the apartment is 50 square meters (550 square feet i e.); up to 5 people can enjoy maximum comfort (possibly 6 with extra beds). The apartment has just been renovated, it is brand new and is rented for the first time. It retains its traditional appearance and charming in a typical Parisian apartment (wooden beams and floors), but modern design (fully designed by an architect) makes it functional and practical. Located in the heart of the Marais, you are within walking distance of the most important museums, art galleries, restaurants and trendy boutiques. you will be one block from the Picasso Museum, an easy walk to the Place des Vosges, the Carnavalet Museum and the Pompidou Centre.
Fantastic apartment in best location. I travelled with my 2 young adult daughters and nephew and it was PERFECT! Many thanks Chris for being a wonderful host.
Lovely area and safe, quiet location. Clean and cute living area. Functional kitchen. Second âbedroomâ is not functional, we couldnât even sit on the mattress without hitting our head. No opening window. Listing clearly indicated 2 toilets, but there is one and you have to walk through the bathroom to get to the 2nd bedroom, pretty challenging with two couples. Would be fine for children.
Great apartment in a great neighborhood. The apartment is charming and comfortable. We had the large windows open whenever we were there. The host Chris was super easy to communicate with. We would stay there again.
A wonderful choice for our latest visit to Paris. Located in a very quiet part of the Marais, there is an elementary school across street. Lots of interesting shops nearby (clothing, art, coffee), including some great restaurants: Petite Marche, Early June, Chez Janou. Prompt and helpful communications with our host at all times. Highly recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Cute top apartment in an amazing neighborhood. Has both an elevator and stairs. The kitchen is small, but well equipped. The ceiling is low in the "kids" room but very cute. This place had AC which was crucial this summer. The host was very communicative and generous. I highly recommend this place.
Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Convenient to 3 Metro stations and provided ample space and comfort four family of 5. The air conditioning was very appropriated during or stay in July.
Great apartment with relatively convenient location. Host was very responsive & helpful. Air conditioner was nice to have, 2 Metro stops within 10 min walk, supermarket & bakery & restaurant options nearby. This was a great alternative to hotel rooms for our family of 5.
My daughter, granddaughter and I booked this apartment for about two weeks. The location was fabulous -- great shopping and dining right outside our door. The apartment was comfortable; air conditioning helped on the few hot days. It was also secure, with two locked entry doors before our apartment. Host Chris was very accommodating and answered questions promptly. Can't say enough good about our stay there. We'd book it again.
We had the most wonderful time in le Marais. The flat was centrally located, so comfortable and very clean. The little room off the bathroom has a skylight, which made it perfect for me as a bedroom (my mom stayed in the big bed). Host was responsive and welcoming. Canât wait to come back!
Pros: clean; multiple beds (main bedroom had a large bed, pullout couch, and a second room with two beds on floor); once you figure out how to get in and out, it is very easy and convenient to access the unit day to day; host is very responsive and kind; nearby food/restaurants, and markets (which are small, but they have what you need). The space was comfortable when we were there and we felt very safe; lift access was easy to use and very handy. The people in the building were also very nice. Host gives excellent instructions check in/out, and was available for any questions. Cons: most of the attractions we wanted to visit were somewhat far from the home (Louvre, Eiffel Tower, arch, champs), and we ended up having to uber quite a bit. Each Uber was at least 20-30, 20-25 minutes. None of the attractions we went to were within walking distance. The lighting in the flat was tricky to get accustomed to. The building in which the flat was located is not fancy, but it is in line with many other buildings in the area. Overall, we had a great time and we were happy with the flat. I would stay here again because it was a nice place for the price. If youâre looking for super modern/hotel/resort vibe, this might not be for you. But if youâre looking for good value, easy access in and out, and a comfortable place to stay in Paris, and you donât mind a more rustic vibe, I would very much recommend this flat.
